The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is the premier late night talk show on CBS, airing at 11:35pm EST, streaming online via Paramount+, and delivered to the International Space Station on a USB drive taped to a weather balloon. kristen stewart and andrew garfield are two actors i'm excited to see people finally appreciate after years of people judging them for not fitting perfectly into the hollywood franchise-centered boxes people expected from them.
Andrew was already nominated for an Oscar, before spider man he also won an BAFTA and worked with Fincher and martin Scorsese
@@parv1679 Yes, and Kristen has also won the BAFTA and Cesar Awards, and also worked with Fincher (Panic Room) - when she was much younger than Andrew I might add - and many other talented directors. They have industrial recognition. Still, they got dragged by audiences and popular opinion because of the big name franchises they were in, and I'm glad to see that part of it turning around.

She has always been a fantastic actress. From Panic Room to Speak to the rest of her movies to Spencer. It's amazing how far she has become, despite all the hate she got just because of one franchise that really isn't her fault, I'm glad that she didn't give up that easy and continue to prove the haters wrong

She's been all smiles ever since coming out. She always was a fine actress but until then you could tell she wasn't right in her own skin for a while.
She looks so lovely and I'm so happy she's getting the recognition she deserves. I personally never thought she was bad in Twilight, her character Bella was actually written to be that antsy and awkward, I thought she portrayed her accurately. Always love how passionate she is about her work ❤

Kristen rocks in any hair colours and style. Love that she's been receiving well-deserved recognition for her talent and hard work. People who knew Lady Di personally even praised how incredibly Kristen managed to perfect Lady Di’s mannerism.

God... That scene where the boys ask why she's so sad. I had a total flashback to a parent teacher conference when my kids were that age and I was deeply depressed but didn't think my kids noticed. The conference was about the fact that they did. Amazing movie and beautiful acting on Kristen's part. Certain parts of the movie felt like being stabbed in the heart; watch with caution.
God you can really tell how much more confident she is in her own skin - she's glowing, her hair looks AMAAAZING and you can tell she's just the happiest version of herself. Go Kristen!

I just finished watching SPENCER and indeed KIRSTEN STEWART has earned the Awards as well as the Nominations. Her Performance both carries the film while supporting all her Screen Partners. I really Hope the OSCAR is hers, it is in my mind! BRAVA x!

Really? She showed one additional emotion in Panic Room than her standard 2 emotion acting range. Is that all it takes to impress you? Her performance was an improvement over her past, but it still was soulless. She doesnt believe in her own characters, and that COMMUNICATES! If she doesn't believe in and fully commit to her roles, we cant "buy" into or believe them either. And she NEVER fully commits. Shes just not very talented, as top shelf actresses go. She's on par with Lucy Liu. Not great.

Actually, she has won Best Actress from 20 critics group across the US more than any actress that's competing with her and there are many quotes from film critics that praised her performance so for an Oscar campaign, it shouldn't be a problem. The Academy also commented "👀" on the Spencer Instagram account when the trailer came out so it's clear that they're eyeing Kristen for a nomination

Wow. She is the closest to Diana of any actress I've seen. I agree that we mustn't let Diana fade from our memories. She deserves a place in the world. She was so idealistic and kind, and had a strong conscience one doesn't see very often among royals. Diana didn't help others simply out of "duty." She truly cared.

I have always liked her. I always related to her extreme shyness. It takes guts and lots of courage for someone so shy to be doing what she is doing. I admire her for that. She seems a lot more comfortable in herself now too. I guess the key to getting to that point is to face your fears then eventually it will lose its power it has over you.

Spencer was shot like a horror film, and I was pleasantly surprised.
Didn’t think about that. That makes sense why the imagery and framing was so intense and unsettling at times.

According to Steven Knight, the writer of the movie, it's a fairy tale movie, the movie wants us to read what's on Diana's mind and because that she suffered anxiety and eating disorder, it does feel like a horror movie sometimes because it's just scary what happened to her

I love her (and damn, that outfit is soooo good). She is a great actress, even in Twilight she acted exactly as her character should have acted (I wasn't able to read the book or watch the movie much, but it's just because I was too old to like that type of a story).
