How I cleaned my Hummer undercarriage when running mud trails. And you cannot get cell reception when out of the area if there is no signals. Boosters only boost signals if that area has a signal. Living out west and trying a few, including the Wilson setups (noted to be the best) they cannot work if there is NO signals to be picked up.
