    Thanks, I have a similar inverter that will charge as low as 50v from the panels.
    I could not figure out why this inverter would not charge the batteries. Your video quickly provided the answer after I had searched through the manual several times

    Hey. Thanks for this. How about charging batteries with generator? Inverter does not seem to take generator output.

    • @phocos-global
      @phocos-global  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for reaching out! If the inverter is having a blinking AC icon this is indicating that the inverter is not recognizing the generator. If the AC input icon is blinking that means that there is something going on with the generator itself. The generator is providing too high or low of a voltage and frequency which is why the inverter is not picking up the generator. After checking these, test and verify the generator and if it does not work, feel free to reach out to our tech support at tech.na@phocos.com

    hey, my hybrid inverter doesn't change the lithium battery while the grid is off, it drains some power off the battery even there's enough sunlight

    Good day.... how do I go about a F72 fault? We have 3 x 5kv installed, unit 1 is working thats a SL unit, the other SL unit is at fault and the H5 is at fault, both F72.

    Hi, so i have a 24v 3000w PowMr inverter. I attached a portable 400w solar panel but there is no solar displaying on the inverter. I'm getting 36v on the solar terminals coming from the pannel but the unit shows no solar displaying. The grid is charging my 24v battery and powering load but no solar

    • @phocos-global
      @phocos-global  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello and thank you for your comment! Unfortunately we cant speak to other products. What we can tell you is that 36v on a 3000w inverter is very low voltage which could be a reason why it is not displaying the solar. Feel free to contact us if you have interest in our Phocos products. www.phocos.com/contact/#contactech2

    Hi there!
    I would like to add to this question an answer as very recently this happened to me!
    A reason your battery’s won’t charge is that you have a different set of mppt and panels trying to charge the same battery bank or even a wind generator
    The phocos and probably any other mppt you have will read voltage on the battery and won’t charge them as it thinks cause of the voltage being high that the batteries are fully charged..
    This is a problem for me because I can’t use some of my older pv’s
    Any advice from phocos?
    Thank you in advance

    • @phocos-global
      @phocos-global  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. If we are understanding your question correctly, you have an Any-Grid and a separate MPPT charge controller running in parallel to the same battery bank? If our assumption is correct, then in theory this should be ok. There are a few things that must be true to avoid any charging issues. The first is that both chargers must have the same charging parameters. This will require that you use a user defined charge profile on the Any-Grid (menu 05) and match it to the MPPT or vice versa. Voltage drop is another important consideration. Make sure that both the standalone MPPT and Any-Grid are near the battery bank. We hope this answers your question, if not please reach out to our technical support team, they are always here to help! www.phocos.com/contact/#contactech

    Is IT possible to get a part from AC and the Rest from the battery for the AC load? Coudn't find a configuration for that yet...

    • @phocos-global
      @phocos-global  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. The Any-Grid family of inverters allows you to program your AC-output priorities using three different modes. For example, setting menu 01 to USB would mean that the grid would first power your loads, then solar in the grid’s absence, and lastly your battery.
      In any mode, the inverter will use all your available power from the available source to power loads, sometimes using two sources at the same time. For example, if you are in USB mode and the grid fails, the inverter will use all its available solar to power your loads, borrowing from your battery when it needs to.
      Therefore, it’s possible that in some situations you may using the grid and a DC source to power your loads at the same time. I hope this answers your question. If doesn’t, please reach out to our tech team here: www.phocos.com/contact/#contactech They are always happy to answer any questions.

      If utilities disconnect with inverter,
      Inverter also stop the charging from utilities
