I was the last tenant in that house. I moved out two years ago and that house has been sitting ever since then the funny thing is the landlord Laura she told me she will do anything for money.Things that make you go hmmm
I still would have used tank water until the second due arrived, but a deck gun wouldn’t have worked in this case. The house is set too far back. Instead, I’d stretch a 1 3/4 line with a 7/8 smooth bore to the C side, just like these guys did. I guarantee they used less than 500 gallons of water to get the initial knock on this thing.
@@Steven-en6uu What does that have to do with the cop standing in back just watching the show? He wasn't helping the Firefighters. Shouldn't he be out in the street? Watching for traffic and pedestrians?
There are two good reasons for fire fighters not to run. 1 In the dark if a running firefighter is injured then the fire fighter has become a victim. No good for firefighting. 2 Running in bunker gear is extremely physically taxing. Stamina is key in fireifghting. The less energy the firefighter uses to set up for fire attack. The more energy reserve the firefighter has for fire attack to draw on.
I wasn’t allowed to walk down the public road lol, but they were cool once I found another way back there haha. Most are aware of who I am, & I have permission from the chief of fire.
@@jerseyshorefireresponse You couldn't walk down a public roadway...free for the travel of all??? Good clip thanks for sharing
No worries
Great video
Looks like it might be an abandoned house? Attack looked good to me. I’m no fire fighter. I don’t play one or pretend to be one.

Very interesting
Where's all the comments about hitting it with the deck gun using tank water ?
Looks like the house was a goner by the time they got to it
Give it time

Hope everyone made it out OK
Is it still all volunteer in Brick Township?
Yes
Why is this a 2 alarm fire? Every engine has at least three cross lays. But send more engines for hose lines? This fire is a single alarm.
Nice fire truck
how much did the fire weigh?
@@canman7432 approximately 500lbs.
What camera are you using?
Cop stayed there the whole time to direct traffic and pedestrians through the back yard.
Stop it Karen. It was always a shit hole sitting there just waiting to go up .Total damages are estimated to be well into the hundreds of dollars.

2nd alarm for a “bon fire” 😂
Dude, you either live close by or sleep in your jumpsuit. Awesome pre arrival!
Both lol
Good attack, but what’s with people just walking while stretching a line? Why not run?
In the dark?
Only actors in TV shows run at a fire scene

I noticed the cops didn't say anything to you this time. lol Have they finally figured out who you are? Or was that in a cut out scene? :)

Looks like an arson job from the way the fire is behaving.

What did you win????
Sure are a lot of people for an abandoned house.
My old stomping grounds. I'm glad I moved to Los Angeles fifty one years ago.
