At least two of the Firefighter's not wearing PPE. So sad, as too many Firefighter's needlessly die young of brain cancer, leukemia, COPD and other industrial disease.
Where do you see members without PPE ? You mean the two without masks ? Much of firefighting is common sense. They weren’t putting the fire out or doing overhaul and more importantly they weren’t standing in the smoke. You don’t walk around a major highway with a mask on as a Chief for a car fire unless of course you are clueless

Hardly a torch job, not possible while driving. I had a 99 Beetle catch on fire while I was getting on 76 in philly, and it was due to an electrical short, causing the gear box to quit working(stick shift), so I couldn't shift gears
They're useless because they didn't all rush to stop and insert themselves into a dangerous scene for which they are not trained, at which there were ALREADY first responders taking care of things? Some people just aren't physically or mentally equipped to handle a situation like that, and they know it, they see the cop, so they keep going. Or maybe they had their kids in the car. Maybe they're old, or disabled. There's lots of legit reasons someone might not stop, and none of them makes that someone useless. You don't know why someone didn't stop. So don't judge. Besides, if lots of people stopped, if every person who THOUGHT they MIGHT be able to help pulled over, imagine how many people would be crowding the shoulder, milling around, getting in the way, and taking up space needed by the firefighters. And even IF a fire extinguisher would've put that kind of fire out-which it WON'T-the cops wouldn't have let anyone get close enough to use one. It's too dangerous, too big a fire, with bursting tires, toxic smoke, and other materials. It's why the cop, who undoubtedly carried a fire extinguisher, as most do, had the common sense not to use it, and to wait for the fire department. The cops probably wouldn't LET anyone else stop, once they were there. And even if they did, they sure as hell wouldn't let a civilian get close enough to try to fight a fire. Extra civilians are a liability; they could get hurt, and even if not, like I said, they would just be in the way, and their vehicles would be in the way of the fire apparatus. If you're not trained, and there's already a first responder on scene, let them handle it. They're the pros, after all. I just don't understand people who shame others for not jumping to be a hero. We can't ALL stop. And we don't all want to. Sorry not sorry. You might have a hero complex, but that doesn't mean everyone does. Not everyone can be a hero. Some people are just normal, everyday people, and no more. And that is OKAY. We don't ALL have to be heroes. Because we already have heroes we can count on. The ones wearing badges and bunker gear. And they were already there. Let them do the job they trained for. JFC.

It's amazing how flammable modern cars are with everything plastic including engine components.
Yeah you’d think the engine is all metal but probably 70 percent of the stuff in & around it is all plastic! Goes up quick as you saw.

Interesting how the hazard flashers on the car still work while its buring.
Often times the horn activates and stays on until either its disconnected or the car burns completely. Annoyingly loud after a while lol
The battery in most Mercedes is in the rear of the vehicle, so the lights ran longer than they would have on a car with a battery under the hood.
