Not next, but soon. Once i've finished the battle of the desktop series and some more mint coverage, I will.

Great stuff. Really enjoying this series. Particularly this episode as I've never used Ease (must give it a go). Way back when, I owned a Milan which is no longer with us. It was shipped with a version of the Thing desktop called Ming and used MINT. As I recall it worked well. Maybe worth a look (I also used Freedom file selector and Kobold).
Looking forward to the next vid already. Cheers

In Xboot you can click on the bar down to ASSIGN.SYS bar, and you can select custom file to for substitutions the same way it is done for NEDESKINF and ASSIGN.SYS.
The best desktop for MiNT is Thing. For Magic, progably Jinee, but I prefer Thing.

Thanks for the tip I’ll check it out. I’m working on a thing video at the moment for next week.

Hi Adam. Just had a chance to play with this and your right. It’s easier to do and no need to worry about typos. I’ll start using this from the next video after the ones already in edit.
Once again thanks for the steer I appreciate it

Will you cover Jinnee at some point too? Apparently when Ease development finished the same people created Jinnee, so it is newer and apparently with more features.
