- The US Secretary of State has told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that he's willing to work on an appropriate response to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court's application for arrest warrants against Israel's Prime Minister and Defence Minister. Echoing White House sentiments that the move by Karim Khan is outrageous, Antony Blinken has described targeting Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant as "wrongheaded". It comes amid efforts by Congress members to introduce legislation that would sanction the prosecutor, his associates, and their families, possibly barring them from entering the United States. The ICC didn't say Hamas was virtuous, in fact they issued warrants for their leaders too. I'm embarrassed to hear my political leaders disavow this decision. Their inability to contrive any excuse for their actions is quite telling.

Isn't there time left between the application and trial to improve tactics. Of course it's difficult to maintain human rights in war, but Israel must be learning along the way. Why fight the Hague ?! More in accordance with humanitarian law = fewer enemies to fight along the way, and greater likelihood to win the general peace.
The evidence is clear - how does "improving tactics" change the facts they committed the war crimes? I'd also like to know about the 30 war crimes on Israel BEFORE Oct 7! The War Crimes are PROVEN and the WORLD has seen the evidence. ALL of these direct & complicit War Criminals MUST be held to account or there is no such thing as JUSTICE for criminals!
