nice car. there is also the 1.6 tce 165. do you know if these cars share the same engine type but with different software? i suppose that both have the same 1.6 litre engine and both use the 7dct300 (max 300nm) gearbox.

It is for sure the same Nissan/Renault 1.6 m5m engine from Nissan Juke Nismo, Renault Clio 4 RS200/220.Reliable chain driven,direct injection engine, I am sure it is the best engine in Renault modern cars.

@@ivanlazarevic78 thank you. sounds good. so one could do a software update / chiptuning to get the 205 horsepower and 280nm. the 7dct300 has it's limit at 300nm

@@ponchobob I would check just what turbo is in that version, to see how much more of boost it can handle.Engine vise these engines in Clio 4 RS easily can mehanicaly handle 300hp with tune, only limiting factor is their weaker gerabox Getrag 6 dct250, which does not like more torque after big remap.

The 165 is a diesel engine, not tce but dci.
