    Constructive criticism... Maybe show slides full screen so we can see info clearer, esp on the phone. We don't really need to see your faces when you show slides.
    Also, first few minutes of plugging the show is just too long, and additional plugging by telling "stories". It's too much. Don't need to. We know you provide services.
    Good effort in getting the info presented. Thank you.

    Now is not a good time to buy... Whether you are investor or buying for own stay. There is downward pressure on prices.
    The returns are lucky because of bull run caused by COVID-19.

      Prices are very high and sales have slow down. Economy is also uncertain. I can only say, there is downward pressure on prices.. that does not means prices will definitely drop
