    Was looking for a video to loosen up my lower back and saw this video amongst my subscribed videos. Tried the excercise with resistance bands anchored against a door. Worked a treat just what I was looking for.

    Amazing explanation with the pelvic model - might be one of the pieces of the puzzle to fix myself.
    My glute mids are hyper tight and I lack IR - I think this exercise or similare will help me.

    Is that what happens when are in quadruped position with left knee on the yoga blog to open left posterior hip, and adductor activates when right knee is forward?
