Biggest failure of high rise buildings is Evergrande of China, very bad model of Urban development which leads to pollution due to too much traffic jams, concentration of too much population at one place, infections will spread due to so many people at single place, same China ghost towers story will repeat, no value for money invested as too much initial cost and maintenance is horribly high.
