From my understanding, isn't Himeko quite good in Pure Fiction?
She's comparable to Herta who is a free 4 star so yes good in pure fiction but Herta already does that while being more consistent due to not needing to break enemies to do a follow up
So is the best 5 star from the standard banner just Bronya or Clara?
Depends Clara if you want a main dps and Bronya if you already have a dps who needs buffs
