    I have a RUTX09, what does it mean if the 5 signal LEDs flash constantly?
    The network seems to be working but the LEDs are flashing, thanks for your possible response

      Thank you for your question. Signal LEDs usually flash when the router is booting up or during device reset procedure. If your device’s LEDs flash constantly, I would recommend trying to reflash the firmware through bootloader. More information on the procedure could be found here: wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX09_Device_Recovery_Options#Bootloader_menu

    I had a couple that would not power on straight from factory, diving deeper I found a burned copper ribbon imbedded in the board, I jumpered the capacitor it was going to, to the power in and it seems to work. Any reason they would fail straight from factory?

      We are sorry to hear about this. If you have received a defective device, please contact your supplier so that we can either fix it for you or replace it with a new one.

    We have the RUTX11 in use and what I am really missing is a possibility to determine, what WAN is actually used. At the moment, if the router has an LTE Connection and the WAN port is connected, both led light up, but you can't determine, which of the two is being used. Would be really nice, if the active/used one would for example blink slowly

      Thank you for the suggestion. Currently we do not have such functionality/indicators that would allow you to determine which type of WAN is being used on the device. However, that is possible via the WebUI in the Network -> Interfaces section.

    Hi, I have the RUTX11 in my van and after a view days leaving the rougher unplugged, it won’t start up. Only the ä PWR LED is on, everything else stays off and the router isn’t starting at all ☹️
    What can I do to get it back up and running?

      Hello. That is very unusual behavior. You could try using the recovery options wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Device_Recovery_Options
      If that will not help. You should contact the device reseller.

    Hi. If my signal strength leds are not lit does that mean the tower is not talking to the router?

    • @TeltonikaNetworks
      @TeltonikaNetworks  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey. If no signal-strength LEDs are lit, that means the signal is very weak. You can find more information about Signal strength LEDs on this page: wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_LEDs#Signal_strength_LEDs

    What does the PWR LED flashing every second mean? after updating the software (firmware and modems), the PWR LED flashes every second and no other LEDs. The second device behaves the same. You don't describe this behavior anywhere in the manual...

      You should check your SIM card. If the SIM card is in the device, you need to check if the SIM does not require a PIN code.
      If the SIM card requires a PIN code you must enter the SIM PIN in Sim cards settings here: wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Mobile#SIM_card_settings
