    Awesome ideas!
I use a Snug Pak Jungle Blanket XL over my Warbonnet Eldorado bugnet as an insulated winter cover. I’m going to be using it tonight! I hang it on a diagonal and loop the two corners through my continuous loop in an S-shape a few times. The mosquito net keeps it off of my face and I can tuck the lower corners into my underquilt. It’s going to be cold and windy tonight, but I’m sure I’ll stay warm!

Great job Josh. I'm going to mod my CDT's this way. I love that it's not permanent, and that you don't have to sew.

Great idea. I received my Costco throws about a month ago, but I haven't modded them yet. I'm using a Jarbridge and a Burrow 40 right now.

Great tutorial mate. My local Costco in the UK hasn't had them in for a while though. My Hennessy is coming tomorrow and I have at least 1 Costco quilt so I'll see how i get on.

No bed bath and beyond (thank god my wife would be in there once a week). It'll come round again at Costco I'm sure. Keep up the good work.

Josh Sanders the CDT with the Sanders mod worked great and was just right for the temps. We were at Stephen Foster one night and spent the other night out in the swamp. It was a blast!

hey man great video! I just ordered a 2 pack of these down throws and would like to do this same setup. do you think you could send me a picture or diagram of how you tied the remaining corners with a hair tie for the underquilt? i would really appreciate it!

Great video! So I was thinking of placing grommets along both ends, maybe 6 or so of them and then weave the bungee cord thru the grommets and up, (hope makes sense) then the bungee cord would snug around and seal both ends. Any thoughts?

Thanks. Nice bottom quilt design. Is there any need for a top quilt if you use a sleeping bag in the hammock?

I'm a ground dweller and actually just switched to a top quilt. The main reason why is that when you lay on a sleeping bag the bottom gets compressed and loses its R value. If you have an insulated pad or a bottom quilt that will provide the bottom side R value. A top quilt will be lighter and take up less space since it requires less material. Just my two cents from my research.

Don't waste your time, this is just 17 minutes of thoughts on the "DIY NO sew Costco Underquilt and Top Quilt". In the end you just know that this guy has it and is working for him. If this was named "My thoughts on DIY NO sew Costco Underquilt and Top Quilt", it would be just fine. But it isn't
