      I agree! I was bad teen, but NEVER made it to jail. It was out of pure luck!!! I probably should’ve been arrested a few times at least. I knew a group of people that murdered a dude when I was like 15/16 years old. Teens and even young adults don’t realize the company they keep sometimes aren’t the best folks to be hanging with. After those teens/young adults I know killed that guy, it was a HUGE wake up call. It could’ve very well of been me killed or even me being caught up with them and in trouble. I’m so glad my kids are homebodies, and just play videogames most of the time.

Blindspots im vehicles a pillar they run up you both think its clear it isnt. Also Look at how the parking spots a car backs out quick even on accident it wont be good. I watch two cars backing up opposite ways same time and back right into each other and I aint got a airhorn with me just all the time bro unless im on my vehicle. People blasting horns at each other i blasted mine on accident because it was like.my first 3 times on the scooter the horn and blinker in the same spot you get a muscle memory. I take this exit its over a hill so you look both ways it seems clean but then vehciles come over the top you get fucked. Sometimes my bike doesnt trip the light so you sit there for ages with no one coming behind you in a car to trigger it so when its clear you just go anyway. Inevitably thats when you get pulled over. Its a wild west out here in a way weird things happen I watch just how people crash into each other its setup like there is spots where the paths tend to collide. It makes it sketchy becausenyou gotta have some balls to ride a scooter next to a semi bro and inbetween two tundras youre just hoping no one is texting and thinks it turned green on their phone they think theyre late jam the gas and pancake my human body inbetween two tundras or semis. Its really a wide range of vehicles. People riding bycicles its so hard to see them coming behind you in sedans you check your blind spot and your mirror and creep forward slowly and a bycicle swerves out infront of you and is yellin. I spend like 10 bucks in gasoline and 8 dollars on insurance per month ill probably die if the karen hits me in her 150k ev gmc hummer. @@NobleSix_BThreeOne2 No, it's really only sad for the actual victims that this happened, and it's so sideways and disrespectful of you to imply otherwise lmao
      your boy isaac literally killed a man, and before that has assaulted his gf AND her mother, probably more than once given he has such an established pattern of violence. His kids actually benefit from him not being around them as they're growing up given the ratshit state of the house he's raising them in and that he's going to drunk parties in the middle of nowhere while they sit at home?? He KNOWS the house and dirty is bad but instead of spending some time cleaning it, he goes to get drunk and stab people in the middle of the woods instead??
      He did not LOSE his sons, he THREW THEM AWAY with his own dogshit choices.

      Well for starters he was sh*t faced when this happened, and he may not remember everything clearly. I will say I could see drunk or sober where he may have feared for his life. All those people stood around watching and then pursued them down the hill to his car to watch some more and Charlie was pushing on his car, and that guy James was kicking his car when he stabbed Charlie. No one was trying to break that fight up. It was like they were watching a show. When you go into "fight or flight" mode I don't understand how they can think you can just turn that off, with this case one stab, when you feel you are in mortal danger. That isn't realistic. Charlie did not deserve to die and in the end, Issac killed him. It is simply an observation of this case from what they showed on the video. I found these people to be too calm for what just happened. It was like this happened all the time and was no big deal.

      @@Lifesizemortalthen should you be able to legally enter a contract while inebriated as well? I disagree with that take because then that opens the door for manipulating those who are under the influence whether recreational or prescribed.

      @Lifesizemortal 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      @@sirseven3good question. I think the culpability should be on the one who's inebriated, as they've already engaged with the idea of losing their inhibition before proceeding to drink. Would you make the same argument for a drunk driver? If not, you shouldn't make the same argument for this murderer.

    • @sirseven3
      @sirseven3 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @Lifesizemortal interesting take, i think there's a grey area here and should be treated per circumstance. Let's say you unknowingly consumed or were drugged and entered into a contract would you hold the same sentiment? I think the best way for this to satisfy both sides of this is to ensure there is the intent element. It's a tough rope but a contract can be signed on a napkin in a bar and you can tell anything to a drunk person to get them to do/sign anything. Hell ive seen them fight street signs for glowing too bright.
