Sabra and Dalton may have been in emergency care themselves growing up. It could be normal thing for her. The mother supposedly through a punch at Issac before Issac pushed her. That is not only the definition of being mobbed, but is sign that you are most definitely in danger of being attacked. In my personal opinion, he either should've gotten off even lighter on self defense, or the others involved that night charged with something as well for escalating the situation.
I totally agree. I do on the other hand feel a little bad for the guy, drunk off his ass gets pushed 1st. When 15 dudes are around you and wanting to fight I'd pretty much deem that as self defense. Can't really tell if he was trying to close his door or if the victim was pulling it open, continuing the fiasco. I think maybe that's where the only 18 years comes into play, tough situation all around. Just wish he would have told his girl they aren't going. I imagine she would have went without him, she seemed the type and who knows how her and trey end up that night. The only reason I feel he went was to watch his girl, women cause men to do the stupidest things.

Yeah I don't think many of us in the comments are qualified to diagnose anyone, but clearly both of these people are so selfish that the word selfish doesn't really apply. It's more like they're self sufficient and don't really have that ability to reflect on anything but consequences for THEM. It must be a strange view of the world where you're at the center of it and everything else is details.
Yeah neither of them seemed to care. Not a tear. Imagine being one of those kids and seeing the video years later. "yep, they definitely didnt care about me".

Not at all shocking. It's sad that the majority of these dysfunctional couples fight for their relationships more than their children. These parents will let their partners abuse their own kids and lie in court to protect them

Because Isaac knew Trey Sabra’s brother’s friend was going to be there and when him and Sabra got in a fight previously she said I will go have sex with Trey. So he insisted on going to her brother’s birthday party because he was jealous of Trey which he admitted to detectives. @@sirseven3good question. I think the culpability should be on the one who's inebriated, as they've already engaged with the idea of losing their inhibition before proceeding to drink. Would you make the same argument for a drunk driver? If not, you shouldn't make the same argument for this murderer.
@Lifesizemortal interesting take, i think there's a grey area here and should be treated per circumstance. Let's say you unknowingly consumed or were drugged and entered into a contract would you hold the same sentiment? I think the best way for this to satisfy both sides of this is to ensure there is the intent element. It's a tough rope but a contract can be signed on a napkin in a bar and you can tell anything to a drunk person to get them to do/sign anything. Hell ive seen them fight street signs for glowing too bright.
Neck and back - 6 times. I mean... This guy is a terrible human being. How could you even ask if you can go home. You are a murderer and you are going to jail. I cannot believe this guys attitude. Yuck
Well for starters he was sh*t faced when this happened, and he may not remember everything clearly. I will say I could see drunk or sober where he may have feared for his life. All those people stood around watching and then pursued them down the hill to his car to watch some more and Charlie was pushing on his car, and that guy James was kicking his car when he stabbed Charlie. No one was trying to break that fight up. It was like they were watching a show. When you go into "fight or flight" mode I don't understand how they can think you can just turn that off, with this case one stab, when you feel you are in mortal danger. That isn't realistic. Charlie did not deserve to die and in the end, Issac killed him. It is simply an observation of this case from what they showed on the video. I found these people to be too calm for what just happened. It was like this happened all the time and was no big deal.
This is the first time I've ever seen the police do an interrogation in a car. I wonder if it's common or not. Makes sense to try to learn everything about the situation as soon as possible in a case like this, it's just unique.

How is this not self defense? The act of stabbing someone DOES NOT prove someone guilty of murder as this video claims at 17:36 .
Are you this stupid all the time? Why didn't Isaac lock the car doors and take off once he was in the car? Because he wasn't trying to leave. He got in the car to retrieve his knife. Even his baby mama confirms that he wanted to go back and finish the fight. Can you comprehend anything??

Also thank you Dr. Insanity for explaining the psychological aspects of what goes on during an abusive relationship like trauma bonding. I'm not condoning her behavior by going so far as to try to protect him from being caught for murder, but it explains other situations where a victim of abuse will defend their abuser, and why it's hard to leave. You also explain why she had a panic attack at the mere thought of him becoming angry, which is a pretty good sign of abuse. Not enough people understand this stuff and blame the victim for it all the time, and for staying.

Makes sense to try to learn everything about the situation as soon as possible in a case like this, it's just unique.
The longer you wait the more distorted the story. Eye witnesses testimony gets thrown out a lot due to inconsistencies .
That lady detective is a freaking force !!!! No bull shit !
She tore them apart , definitely a good detective
Deals with child abuse
@@Nicholas-f5 - That'll harden you quickly. 23 years Pediatric ICU RN here. I saw a lot of child abuse, and and more resultant deaths than I want to remember. I have zero, *_absolutely zero_* sympathy for child abusers.
She was just someone judging a person, not a force just had attitude
I think the female detective is my favorite interrogator I’ve come across
She is amazing, best so far.
If you put your hands on my mother. You will not be going back to yours.

Lmao good ol tuff internet
Crazy right! Ain’t no way you’re disrespecting my mom like that.

The fact that Saber only wanted to stick up for her scumbag boyfriend and didn't care about the future of her kids is discussing
Disgusting , but I knew what you meant . Probably auto correct took over
“Saber”? I’d work on getting the names of those involved correct before making calls like this.
@@neonmeate8180ever heard of auto correct maybe it autocorrected and changed it to saber cuz sabra ain’t a normal word you type

Isaac put his hands on Sabra and her Mother, but they still had him around 😮
Are there other videos with the detective that called him out and put things into perspective for him? That was amazing.
I cant get past the fact that he assaulted her Mom and she stayed with him.
You dont know what she did. Being a mother doesnt make you a good person.
Put yourself in the shoes of an abused woman.
How do you continue dating someone who has gone to jail for assaulting your mother?
Love I guess.

It’s so worrying to think there are so many kids living in squalor and with abusive parents😢
yeah it’s worrying to think about how there are so many children that are growing up in horrid living situations with irresponsible or unloving parents or families.
They are in college and rented a cabin. How you came up with they live in squalor is beyond me .
And all the cats, dogs , etc 😢
Yeah but let’s cut taxes and cut free lunch at schools smh
It’s disgusting
Being attacked by an entire crowd of drunken, coked up maniacs..He tries to leave but they hold the car door open while the others are advancing (see the graphic used in this video at 2:14 ) What would they have done to him if he had not fought back? How is this not self defense? The act of stabbing someone DOES NOT prove someone guilty of murder as this video claims at 17:36 .
Are you this stupid all the time? Why didn't Isaac lock the car doors and take off once he was in the car? Because he wasn't trying to leave. He got in the car to retrieve his knife. Even his baby mama confirms that he wanted to go back and finish the fight. Can you comprehend anything??
@@ZVT946mtr36 we don't know if he even had the chance, no video of him getting into the car. You are a bot

I used to drink a lot in my 20s (I’m 33 now) and boy let me tell you how grateful I am that I never made any stupid life altering decisions while black out drunk
alot of it is preexisting personality traits like aggression
Ive been blackout drunk and never made any decisions I'd feel shameful about the next day. Those who use that as an excuse are despicable and will never come to terms with their behaviors until it's too late.

The female detective is FAB. Not even an ummmm. Just direct and clear.
This is definitely some hillbilly sh*t. Just from watching the first minute of the video, the preview. You can tell the killer is an ego maniac, sort of like a sociopath.
