Also, you could download the ones you like already & paste it on Canva as a background and then trace it on top. OR get another background to trace it:) OR use the ruler on Canva to do so

In all dotted notebooks the distance is always 5mm between dots so annoying canva cant do grids with size etc how would you do that?
Either with illustrator or indesign. In case you don’t have those, probably Keynote or Google slides:)
