These are interesting takes but i think some of them come from maybe not fully understanding what characters were saying. 1. In the Jackie/Monica situation you missed the fact that Monica's actual statement never mentioned Josh's name at all and she even ran it by Jackie and Jackie admitted to being ok with the post. It wasn't until Josh had an issue with it that she then had an issue with it. Ms. "I'll stand by my man even if hes wrong" 2. On the Marshall blocking comment they were referring to blocking him on social media because of his "apology tour" not blocking his number. I agree with not hating characters on a tv thats been edited to heighten emotions but people can still be held accountable for their words and actions (in a kinder way).
I still don’t feel like Monica was clout-chasing in any regard! In her initial statement, she didn’t even say Josh’s name. I can understand your POV about her statement doing a disservice to her and Jackie’s dynamic as friends (which is bizarre in itself) since it did further incriminate Josh and Jackie, but I ultimately feel like that responsibility still lands on Jackie and Josh because of the actions that they took, and doesn’t really denounce Monica’s allegiance to Jackie as a friend. Really hoping these people learn and grow from the experience Loved the video.

I kinds believe in owning when you are uncomfortable tho (like just saying when you're nervous or awkward, etc). But yeah I get what you mean cuz I was thinking the same thing when watching.

I politely disagree with the Jackie-Monica take. If they were really best friends, Jackie should have had the decency (or self-preservation mindset, if she actually thought her friend was a clout chaser) to tell her their relationship can't go on as is, her man is her only priority and xyz are why their relationship would have to change or end. If her walking away at the bar was where it ended, I would have assumed Jackie and her man are both just note eloquent enough to articulate the feelings and thoughts they've clearly been having for so long (as shown by them looking so distraught at just hearing that Monica would be coming). But not only did they decide not to leave before their human trigger got there, but Jackie went on to clearly go in on her issues and misgivings about Monica to the camera when Monica wasn't there (what in the hoodlum? is that how grown adults communicate now?).

And then let Jackie decide if she wants to keep Monica as a friend. But also Monica saying I was there for you when you and Josh are going through your BS and I never tell you to leave him. That part is what got me because that means she has been your friend through your BS relationship with Josh. And you stay and she's fine with that. Cuz it's like you want to prove us wrong and I know those people who want to prove other people wrong but Josh is exactly what she was saying she would get with. What she said tend to be guys that don't treat her well and you can even see in their scenes of her trying to pull a different side of him that he just doesn't have. But I wish them all the best

I think Monica was being sincere and wanted to revive her relationship with Jackie but Josh came in and acted like a bully and didn't give her time to explain or make amends. I'm a pretty damn good predictor, in fact, i'm gifted at predicting stuff and i'm telling ya'll right now, as rosy, as drama free, as beautiful things appear to be between Brett and Tiffany, i don't believe they'll last. I'm hoping i'm wrong though, because i like them. Yup.

I think they do have conflict but at their age, they have matured enough to settle them in a respectful way. They have also done some work on themselves to come into the relationship with no baggage to throw on to their partner which is why it seems so perfect but that’s how relationships should be
You should definitely watch season 1 of LIB. This season sucked imo and the only couple that actually seems genuine to me is Bliss and Zach. I’m not hopeful for the Houston season either. After season one, all the contestants seem more interested in becoming the next Lauren and Cam than the actual goal of finding a spouse. Season one felt more real, it was a lot less cringey than the seasons that followed.
I like Jackie. She's crazy, but I relate to her. She was studying, working, and caretaking for her father while that season was going on. And everybody watched her most stressful moments and most chaotic reactions. Nothing that's been done on any of these shows is worse than the worst thing I've done. And it definitely ain't worse than the worst things that have been done to me.
and if you took me back to when I was in graduate school and changing my mom's wound dressing 3 times a day AND working AND having my trauma kicked up my family bullshit AND stupid boy problems on top of it.... fuck yeah i would keep the ring.
