Honestly, I rather see the best over all audio interfaces in terms of functionality over here's the best "budget focused" unit that comes out of a crackerjack box. I suppose the youtube analytics are telling content developers that the cheapest units are what buyers are looking for.
I'm so glad he menrioned the xlr input was on the left of number 5. I mean if someone is watching this & don't know THAT, it doesn't matter cuz they looking for a toaster oven anyway 😂
The Focusrite scarlet solo was great until I realised the bloody static noise floor of it was shit for recording, I've troubleshooted everything, tried different cables and plugged it into both type 2 and type 3 USB ports, and regardless of what I do, in order to record my guitar and bass I need to turn the gain up, and along with it comes the insufferable buzzing that's ruining all my recordings. I would not recommend that one at all. EDIT: I have the Gen3 one, I'm not sure how the Gen 4 holds up
Apollo Twin is horrible with Windows. The drivers are a nightmare outside of a DAW for other apps like MS Teams, Zoom, etc... Had this unit for 3 months and sold it for half price.
ai video if its not obvious nobody will recommend ua product, youre basically paying for a cpu within it to get the priviledge to pay for extra plugins. worst thing is you cant run a full stack with the twin model
I had to upgrade from a trash scarlett to something else and I went with motu which is better from my experience. So you are not very credible. Also the audio is bad, probably from the crap interface you think is good.
Well in my experience the scarlet is where its at for the money.. i know i could have paid 6-9 hundred for the same thing but ive had nothing but superb recordings and quality from it

I have a 3rd gen Scarlett solo and mine is dead quiet with absolutely no noise. Your unit must have been faulty?
I would like to know the quieter no humming noise

@@deviousmind1092 lol, nerd
@@xef7x346 all jokes aside. All interfaces will work with Mac.
The fact that you included a damn focusrite in here goes to show you're not reliable when it comes to this topic .
What's the best in your option??

Makes no sense to include Twin X in this mix of otherwise budget friendly devices.
