Not remaking this game is a monumental shame...
Sadly, in modern days "shmup" is incredibly niche genre for a remake to happen any time soon.
Great game play. I cannot beat this game on hard. The 2nd half of stage 5 is so ridiculous.

Apparently it is. I’m still waiting to try it, but what I hear from other shmup enthusiasts is that it’s very very tough
You go hard. You didn't kill the salamander boss. How do you still play this game is it on playstation game store? The salamander boss in the water and the boss with the tank tracks before him were my favorite. I don't know the big monkey boss robot thing was pretty awesome too. I'd like to see a playthrough where someone destroys all the destroyable parts on the bosses. For example the very first blue mini boss; if you blow up both arms he pulls out a flash like beam weapon. Just a thought you did freaking great! Liked and subbed

Pretty much, propaganda reasons. If he`ll return, the people on the Moon will know, that the Earth became the same barren wasteland as their planet and there is no "Paradise" to return to.

Well, that is the entire point of this story. The whole war between Earth and Moon was pointless and served only to justify the rule of totalitarian regimes on both planets.
