  • A brief test and comparison of the Nemo Dagger Osmo vs. the Big Agnes Copper Spur 2p tents. I discuss setup, interior space, rain fly usage, wind and rain simulations and overall thoughts with both tents. While both are great tents, each has pros and cons (weight savings vs durability, extra design features, floor room, etc) that may help you decide which is better for your use case. Please let me know if there are any specific questions I can help with and I will try to assist.

Really great review, thanks.. I have a good feel for them as a whole, and I appreciate your ‘livability’ type of review, including thorough tours of the insides, which is where most of tent life takes place :)

Glad to hear that helped a little and as you said, we do spend quite a bit of time inside these tents enjoying nature.

Excellent review, much appreciated. You've got a sub from me and I hope to see more content like this going forward. I thought I was set on the Copper Spur prior to this video but now I am more confused than ever lol. I am considering a Hilleberg as well but they aren't free standing designs so that's a bit of an annoyance.

msr is coming out with the new hubba hubba LT 2, i'd consider taking a look at that. REI also has great pricing on the old hubba hubba and copper spur right now(around $200 off).

@@texlee1640 Awesome! And sorry I didn’t have a more definitive opinion but both tents shine in different areas.

Nice review ! There is another Nemo 2P I believe that is tapered and lighter .. I think it’s called the Dragonfly?

@@raymarks7430 That’s right. This one weighs a bit more but seems more solid overall.

So let me understand this. There is a man doing a tent review to get subscribers or make money off TH-cam. Puts the tent through its paces including wind stretching the fabric and watering the tent down and then returns it for some poor fellow to buy it as new. Did I get this right?

@@fleischpflanzerlmitsenf Sorry to disappoint but I clearly am not monetizing with one video on my channel and yes I still have the gear and several other sized tents as well. Thanks for the interest though.
