Will you do a Mario & Luigi villains Evil To Most Evil? Barerely Evil:Paper Bowser(Paper Jam) Above and Beyond:Cackletta(Superstar Saga) Evil Masterminds:Queen Shroob(Partners In Time)
Mustache girl is kind evil given the fact that her ego got the better of herself, made the entire world overflow with lava, abuse the law for her own benefit, and she was screwed pretty much everyone’s lives.
My headcannon is that Hat Kid probly refused Mustache Girl for 4 reasons; ... 1) She needs the time peices for herself, to get home. ... 2) She reconises the danger of time-travel. ... 3) She sees red-flags in Mustach-Girl's reaction to the prospect of such power. ... 4) She's slightly upset at Mustache Girl, for breaking the thing.
Adding to Empress (Saw somewhere): If you try to attack her she kills you in one hit, but at the beginning of the boss sequence she doesn’t. She’d rather hunt hat kid down than kill her instantly.
Mustache Girl: the tragic, fallen hero. Her crimes as she slips from grace are undeniable, but so are her virtues that lead her to fight evil in the first place. What leads her to villainy is not a desire for tyranny, but a loss of innocence. A growing despair. A feeling that more and more extreme measures are _necessary._ Hat Kid: the innocent brat. Despite the fandom's tendency to show her as a perfect cinnamon roll, Hat Kid actually has quite the snarky side to her. Read her diary, you see she insults half the people she comes across, and is just exasperated by the other half. Then there's all the damage she causes messing with other people's stuff. But she doesn't do it out of malice, she's not out to TRY and hurt people -- she's a kid who literally doesn't know any better. She's perfectly willing to fix as much as she breaks, and she rarely breaks anything from someone who didn't wrong her in the first place
Spot on man. The cut scene where they become enemies is just as heartbreaking as it is hilarious. My head cannon is that after the events of the game they made up their differences and became friends.
They both cinnamon rolls. :3 Not to mention Hat Kid can leave Mustache Girl a time piece at the end of the game, while Mustache Girl was perfectly willing to teachher about making hats to help her on her adventure. Both of them have their flaws but it's nice to see that once everything is said and done, they are still willing to help each other out. Either way I like your comment, it's very accurate.
I honestly don’t think that Mustache Girl is the best character. The best character is obviously the sleeping raccoon. Mustache Girl also decided to kill the Mafia leader and stuff him in a jar even after he was defeated.
When I played through this game I helped DJ Grooves win because he was my favorite of the two directors...I felt genuinely sad when he tried to murder me for a time piece but at least that technically isn’t totally canon
@R p yes but of course it’s going to be the bigger hit box if there’s an option of two. If they both had their own hit boxes, the conductor would be a slightly harder fight than DJ. I personally think it’s The Conductor because I ALWAYS get higher points on his levels no matter what, plus even though DJ has a better reason, of the two reasons, The Conductor’s is more in character lol
My Favorite Is The Conductor i Mean- It Makes Sense That He Tries To Murder You, He Is Rude All The Game While The D.J GROOOOOVES Is Wayy Too Kind From The Start And The Conductor Is Just Too Funny To Not Like Him His Accent Is Incredible None Of His Movies Are Boring He Is His Own Bird Species He Has Grandchildren Almost Everything He Says Cracks Me Up He Looks Cool As Hell
I'm kind of disappointed that the video didn't include the moment where the Conductor helps out Hat Kid during her fight with DJ Grooves. I think it makes for a bit of a good character arc for him, since it shows him starting off as a reckless jerk who doesn't care for others' safety, but after he loses (and possibly humbled by the experience), he shines through in the end to save Hat Kid from DJ Grooves' bomb.
He pitches in to help during the final battle, too. I'm not denying that he's overall a jerk, but he deserves a little bit more justice than he got here.
To give a POTENTIALLY canon answer of "who won the movie award" the hitbox in the boss fight is always DJ Grooves' even if you fight the conductor. It's still not confirmed as canon if DJ Grooves is the one who attempts murder, but it's still worth mentioning.
I agree that Grooves would be the canon winner. Hat Kid would be more likely to help him over the conductor, who put her life in danger. He also belongs in good because he gave up his spot on the cruise because he saw the conductor. (In my head, I see it as more of a way of not upsetting the conductor trying to enjoy his vacation rather then mere pettiness) Also, between the two trying to kill Hat Kid for the last time piece, he wanted to try and discover if the conductor was cheating to get the awards, while the conductor was so petty that he was going to use it to make sure that Grooves never won the single award he got before they met Hat Kid.
hey guys, big news i found out on my playthrough that, when youre doing the "heart to heart", if you use the camera badge and zoom to the back of the stage, a penguin is playing the piano regardless of if the conductor or the dj won.
Its notable that the two worst villains on that list are also the most immutable. Neither of them suffer a downfall and Hat Kid more survives them than defeats them.
agreed! i also think it's interesting that snatcher is right before them, as he's basically the exact same. snatcher may act like hat kid "defeated" him, but in truth, he's immortal. like empress and vanessa, he could easily kill her in one hit, he just chooses not to on a whim. he's probably the most powerful character in a hat in time, but he uses his power to have fun, and insta-killing his victims isn't fun, (he would AT LEAST want to monologue at them first) so he avoids doing it if at all possible. only thing you can do with vanessa and empress is run. but vanessa's worse, because unlike with empress, it is on-sight 100% of the time no matter what. after hat kid thwarts empress the first time, all she can do is glare at hat kid from behind the counter and swear vengeance. empress wanted someone to work for her and swore vengeance when she was betrayed. vanessa wanted murder and nothing but murder from the moment she so much as heard hat kid within her vicinity.
@@caiterbunch3932The line "Time to show you what i'm really capable of, kid", Snatcher bothering to steal Hat Kid's hat, being upset Hat Kid survived Death Wish, and the mere existence of Snatcher EX are irrefutable proof Snatcher gave it his all against Hat Kid and after getting the shit beaten out of him tried to just get her to fuck off.
@@floatingf8783 snatcher is a very silly sort who definitely doesn't try very hard, but i respectfully disagree with the point that snatcher gave it his all. when you first meet snatcher, snatcher asks hat kid to sign his contract. if she refuses, he give her 3 warnings before just... killing her. outright. no lasers. no punches, no nothing. she just drops dead on the spot. he doesn't even touch her. did snatcher get completely destroyed in a fight with a child? absolutely, and it's hilarious. but i don't believe that was in the context that he was defeated at his full power. i mean, he had hat kid's soul at the time! if, the entire time, snatcher was fully capable of killing hat kid without so much as lifting a finger, that means that all of the flashy lights and games were nothing more than... well... games! snatcher does all of his forest-haunting shenanigans because he thinks it's fun, and if he's not having fun, then he doesn't want anything to do with it. that's how i see him, anyway. he came out here to have a good time and honestly he's feeling so attacked right now... :
@@caiterbunch3932 And what if Snatcher can't canonically oneshot Hat Kid, hmmmm? What if that's just gameplay mechanics like Paper Mario dying if he refuses to save Flipside? Because if Snatcher really could oneshot Hat Kid he'd have done it when he was trying to kill her. "Did you just color me blue with my own attack? This can't count, right? Surely this doesn't count. Alright, TIME TO DIEEEEEE!" This line right here. . . this is where Snatcher stops dicking around and gives it his all. He wants this obsolete contractor dead and gives it his all to make it so. He said it was time to show Hat Kid what he was really capable of when this fight began. He came back with a new form. Neither time did he oneshot Hat Kid. Because as part of the story HE CAN'T. Snatcher loathes Hat Kid, he came up with Death Wish to kill her, if nothing else he'd have tried oneshotting her as his last resort. Snatcher wasn't having fun fighting Hat Kid, he was never laughing. He didn't find it funny. After getting his ass kicked he tried to make Hat Kid sign a contract to leave him alone. Also, Hat Kid survived being off-world while Snatcher had her soul, her abilities weren't hindered in the slightest and it's very questionable if Snatcher eating her soul (which she could stop him from doing in combat) would do anything to her. Yes, Snatcher talks about tossing the body aside but he could just brutally torn it out of his victims or just killed them first. Also, no, fun doesn't motivate Snatcher, he's just very territorial. Anything that falls in his forest is his to do with as he pleases. He doesn't fuck with people, he eats their souls unless he's "in need of a towel boy." If Snatcher wanted to have fun he'd have LOVED being Hat Kid's BFF with her travelling the world, kicking ass, and. . . joining a crime organization. Heck, I think he'd even have rescued her from Empress to make sure she doesn't end his fun prematurely. Your misinterpretation of Snatcher makes me question if you even played the game.
It's a matter of perspective. Mustache girl might be the villain of hat kids story, but she is the protagonist of her own. Keep in mind, a protagonist is not always a hero, or even good for that matter, but is simply the main character in a story. Also, conductor looks more like a weird dinosaur than an owl, even compared to the owls in-game.
Finally someone said it! Mustache Girl may be the main antagonist, but her intentions were more noble than all the other characters. She even says before her fight "Can't you see I'm making this for all of us?" She had nothing. No friends, no home, no family, but she still tried to help and make the world a better place. Of course she made mistakes, but it was for a good reason. I want so much that she get a redemption arc in the future, she deserves it! Edit: I think I may had phrased it wrong: What Mu did was wrong. She let the power go to her head and she became megalomaniacal and Hat Kid had all the right to stop her right there before something worse happened, but considering that the other antagonists (Mafia Boss, Conductor, Grooves, Snatcher, Empress, etc) made terrible things since theft to kill someone only by their own interests/amusement, having all of them as full-grown adults and Mu as a child who wanted to do something good, even with bad metods, she deserved better.
@@Karak-_- yes,but remember she was a child with no knowing of right and wrong. The people who used to educate her were chased away/killed by Mafia Boss and his goons, and the Mafia turned into Mu's only model of behaviour
@@Karak-_- she was a child, fueled by endless power and wishes of revenge. It doesn't make her an bad person, she just wanted to help everybody but went too far with this.
@@sarcasticastronaut8098 And here we have a philosophical question: Not knowing laws doesn't excuse their breaking, but does not knowing right and wrong excuse doing "bad" thing? And is better word worth it when nobody wants to live there?

I was curious why she was considered a villain when she only targeted bad guys. I mean looking at some of the people she's judging I think some of them had it coming like the mafia
@@florencejohnpaclibar.1b872 she had very good intentions and was justified in judging some of the people living on the planet, but at the same time her actions affected not just the "bad guys" but the innocents too. Turing the place into a Lava ball was definitely taking it far, she could have just taken over the mafia hideout and judged people from there without having to change the whole planet Never the less her heart was in the right place and did more good than most of the inhabitants so she deserves most good.
@@medusathedecepticon i don’t care how noble your intentions are. Flooding your entire home town with lava pretty much disqualifies you from being the most good imo
Moustache girl: Let’s Save The people in Mafia town! Also moustache girl: *floods the world with lava* (Not just talking about that one mafia town level)
But I find it nice that he doesn't let you use your hat in the queen Vanessa level, it shows how much he still cares about Vannesa even after being locked up
I honestly think mustache girl isn't the most good character, as she had no thoughts toward the well being of the world, but only to get revenge on the mafia which is completely fair, if she didn't drag everyone to the castle; good or not
I like the video, and it’s pretty accurate. I would have placed Hat Kid a bit higher though. I get that she was a bit selfish, but she just wanted to go home.
They should’ve mentioned how Hat Kid can give Mustache Girl a Time Piece in order to help her against the Mafia at the end of the game. It’s not just the fact that it’s just the player’s decision. The fact that she even considers risking not getting home just to help an “innocent” child kind of helps her.
Not really Mustache Girl should be in the gray area instead of Gold in Good area. So the true Gold metal go to Hat Kid being trick from enemies she a heart of gold.
@@Twilight17Petkoton not because personally I think gold medal should’ve gone to cooking cat and silver to mustache girl since mustache girl while trying to save the world did a lot of bad things like flooding mafia town with lava knowing that she might end up hurting her neighbors and also when she stole and used the time pieces to create a planet where she was a dictator though she only had good intentions to save the entire planet I still think she could’ve done it in a better way than turning the planet into a giant lava filled HECK Cooking cat on the other hand hasn’t really done anything bad and is all good She replaces the food the mafia make so that nobody dies from food poisoning which means she is literally saving people from death and cooking cat is extremely nice too even having her own show to help others to learn to cook where as mustache girl can be kinda mean
@@Twilight17Petkoton hat kid is in gray cause she was quite the trouble maker. •she found an uncomfortable amount of joy in burning paintings of people who were actually alive therefore killing them •she broke into dead bird studio •her sole intention was to get time pieces and not so much to help people though she does help alpine skyline without knowing of getting a time piece for it •she mocks people in her diary •she abuses her very loyal rumbi •she could care less if the entire planet was over run with evil people and is kinda selfish
@@Twilight17Petkoton mustache girl was actually kinda selfless as she wasn’t thinking only of her self but the entire planet and all the good people there who didn’t deserve to be bullied, abused and even hurt by these evil people so she wanted to help the good people even sparing hat kids life even though she was the main obstacle between her and the time pieces and was a lot more selfish than mustache girl she still spared her before hat kid came up to fight her Edit: she just seems like a bad guy cause we are seeing things through hat kids eyes and through hat kids eyes mustache girl is evil and kinda selfish but if the game was in mustache girls eyes u would’ve seen that mu is trying to be a hero for the planet though she makes mistakes and sometimes goes a little far
!This is not to be hyper critical, Please keep that in mind! But I think that Mustache Girl falls onto the middle of the scale. Hat kid isn't perfect either, But she's not the one who: Mashed a man into a jar, Basically killing him, Has(? Possibly) Strangled people, Ended time itself, And went mad with power for a short bit of time. While i understand why she did these things, (And as much as i love em', The mafia cooks are jerks) It seems that she tends to blur the line between justice and vengeance. Once again, Hat kid isn't a saint, But I think Mustache Girl is neutral. I also can see why she's mad. The mafia did take everything she loved and held dear, And made her homeless in the process. Side note: I'd put the Mafia Boss into a gray area. What he did was indeed horrible, But Snatcher, Vanessa, And the empress appear to be the most evil in the game.
i imagine that snatcher’s contract that he tried to get her to sign at the end of the game was to either make her stay around or on the planet or just for him to come with her (I doubt the second one though)
Most of that makes sense, but here's some things you missed: Mustache Girl was willing to kill anyone who got in her way, too many times, or who she considers to be a bad guy. She doesn't care if there was reason behind it, or if they changed their ways, she was willing to kill them. And, Hat Kid may have been doing some things that weren't nice, but unlike Mustache Girl, she was unwilling to kill anyone who got in her way. Yes, she did some sneaky and greedy ways to get the time pieces back, but she had the right to do so, since they technically belonged to her in the first place. She also enjoyed making those friends along the way. She even missed them very much, when she left. She even thought about giving up one time piece to Mustache Girl, even after all she did, and knew that she was risking her one chance to return home. Hat Kid is more selfless than you thought. She should be the most good, not Mustache Girl.
I agree that Mustache Girl shouldn't be most good, but however, Hat Kid is also far from a saint, while she did admirable things, she was willing to kill to get her timepieces, as the barrel battle or umbrella mafia is canon, she also burned paintings with souls trapped inside them to help fire spirits who wanted to die (although Snatcher made her do it) and her worst action in the dlc where she recklessly took control of the cruise ship and crashed it onto an iceberg, endangering a lot of lives, a lot of who were innocents like the seals, while she did feel guilty and later saved the people on the cruise ship, she was still the one who endangered them in the first place, while I would still say Hat Kid is more good than Mustache Girl (who I would put in the bad area) I think grey area is a good spot for Hat Kid So Imo the most good character is Cooking Cat
Okay, a lot of those deeds did slip my mind. You do make some really good points. I don't know why Cooking Cat would be the most good, though. I might be a bit off, but I think DJ Grooves might be the most good. I'm probably a little biased here since he's pretty much my favorite character, mainly because of how he acts, but he still acts pretty well. Much better than that conductor who taught his own grandchildren, at least I think that's how those kids were related to him, to swear.
Id say Wario is less good since I'm pretty sure most of his games he's doing what he does for his own gain and besides Pokemon Trainer has taken down Evil corporations and in sword and sheild a fanbase
yo this is super cool! one thing I'd have to disagree with would be having Mustache Gal on the good side of the spectrum-she seems more of a neutral due to the pleasure she clearly has when discussing choking the mafia to death or smashing them into paste...I might consider her a bit of a sadist even if her intentions are good but yea loved this video!!
I’d call Snatcher the most evil. He forces Hat Kid to do his dirty work and when he didn’t need her anymore, instead of giving Hat Kid her soul back, he double-crossed her and tried to kill her. He also mocks and taunts Hat Kid during death wish and states how happy he is to see her die. Also, I doubt that the Snatcher actually cares about his minions. This is a bit of theorizing, but Snatcher gives them the mail to make them feel like somebody cares about them (which implied that he doesn’t) but it could be an attempt from having them hang themselves. You can literally see some of his minions being hanged from nooses in the Subcon Forest. And the worst part is that he knows how evil he is acting and actively goes around the forest, committing his evil actions. Queen Vanessa, as horrible as she is, probably thought her terrible actions were justified. In conclusion, Snatcher is a peck neck, but a lovable, hysterical, and thoroughly evil one.
You forget that Snatcher even tasked Hat kid with checking on Vanessa. Even after what she did to him he still cared for her, I think that says a lot about his loyalty if nothing else. He definitely belongs in evil, but I think he's fairly placed at the bronze considering what he's up against with the other two.
@@kirbyleggington7205 I agree except that he asked hat kid to steal something from her basement not to check on her and when it comes to loyalty, well for snatcher loyalty is probs just as ded as love for him
She still went pretty damm power-crazed though She gets to stay in the good to grey range But she isn't the most Heroic, regardless of her intentions She should have realized how out of control she was when she *NEARLY BURNED MAFIA TOWN* Her Home, and a place that is still the home for others who aren't Mafia men *With LAVA* Sorry but I can't defend that what so ever, it's just, i get shes a kid But how do you not realize how insane that is!?
@@quinnholloway5400 She probably is a bit insane..... She once innocently welcomed in the mafia whom would proceed to take everything she ever had away and then spent who knows how long trying to fight for a lost cause, the relief of finally being able to do something that Hat Kid gave probably made Mustache Girl obsessed with power! The ones who've lived rock bottom for a long time are the ones who desire the top most~
the conductor actually cares about his family and actually apologizes for trying to kill you and GROOVES IS PETTY AS PECK HE LITTERLY CANCELLED HIS CRUISE AT THE SS LITTARLY CANT SINK BECAUSE THE CONDUCTOR WAS HAVING A FAMILY VACATION and people call the conductor petty im pretty sure grooves is just using a nice facade edit: also the conductor took initiative (after the two mafia members) to help hat kid BY SACREFICING HIMSELF EVEN THO HE HAS A FAMILY HE CARES ABOUT
Most fans of this game are either on the side of DJ Grooves or the Conductor. It seems that 1upBing is on DJ Grooves’ side, while you are on the Conductor’s side. It’s just preference. I’m personally a conductor fan myself.
The Conductor didn't find life worth living without his train. He had nothing to lose. I’ve been playing AHIT with the Kingdom Hearts 2 Sora mod, so I think I’ll add in an honorable mention: Taking the Platinum Medal of heroism on our list, we have the KeyBlade’s chosen one: Sora from Disney’s Kingdom Hearts game series. Although slightly clumsy, Sora is the definition of a no-nonsense do-gooder with an impenetrably kind spirit and a heart of gold. After waking up in Mafia Town, he meets and befriends Hat Kid, who offers to let him stay in her spaceship until he can find a way home. Sora decides to assist Hat Kid on her mission to recollect all of her missing Time Pieces, unaware of the danger he soon finds himself in, but he’s willing to challenge that danger if it means helping his friend. One example of this comes before the “Queen Vanessa’s Manor” stage. An anxious and crying Hat Kid warns Sora about the manor, and apologizes for failing to reach the attic, where a Time Piece is hidden. Despite her pleading for him to not go in there, Sora decides to head into the manor and snag the Time Piece if it means Hat Kid is able to return home, even if it means he won’t come back alive. Thankfully, Sora manages to pull it off. And that’s just one of the many examples of Sora’s kindness and selflessness. He is the epitome of a good kid, and is what we believe every hero should strive to be. And as the cherry on top, this game wordlessly confirms that Sora is in full support of the LGBTQ+ community! In the Nyakuza Metro chapter, you can find a transgender flag painted on a wall. If you spin the camera to the front of Sora, you can see that he’s looking up at the flag with a warm smile. All of this combined, not to mention the many good deeds he’s done in his home series: Kingdom Hearts, secures Sora our Platinum Medal of heroism. Mustache Girl is no slouch in terms of being a hero, but perhaps she should take some notes from our spiky-haired friend. I’ve also been playing the game with the “Playable Klonoa” mod, so I wrote an entry for him too: Taking our Platinum Medal of heroism, everyone say it with me now, WAHOO! Here’s Klonoa, the master dream traveler. Klonoa is a spry young boy hailing from the dream world of Phantomile, with a mysterious power within; the ability to physically travel to other dream worlds when he goes to sleep. His journey through A Hat In Time begins when a mysterious and aloof figure- Hat Kid calls him to the world, telling him that the Time Pieces, a collection of powerful objects responsible for maintaining the balance of time, are going to be lost and scattered soon, and tasks Klonoa with protecting them, or retrieving them should they happen to get lost. As with the original story, they end up being lost and scattered due to one of the Mafia goons breaking into the spaceship to collect Klonoa’s toll. Klonoa soon lands in Mafia Town and begins his search for the Time Pieces. He soon meets and befriends Mustache Girl, but they soon have a falling out when Klonoa reveals why he needs the Time Pieces more than her. Mustache Girl ditches Klonoa, leaving him with a heavy heart and the feeling that this may be his loneliest journey yet. In his previous journey through Lunatea, he at least had company in the form of Lolo and Popka, but this time, Klonoa feels as though he’ll have to search this whole planet by himself, leaving him feeling down. Throughout his journey, however, he does meet people he’s able to stay on good terms with, such as Cooking Cat, the Alpine Skyline Nomads, the Seal crew, etcetera. Klonoa is also shown to have a heart of gold with good intentions through and through. One example of this comes when the Snatcher takes Klonoa’s soul, and forces him to burn some paintings with souls trapped inside them. Klonoa is appalled by this task, but makes the difficult decision to go through with it, despite how horrible it leaves him feeling afterwards. The Snatcher said the people in those paintings were screwed from the moment they got sucked into them, but that did next no nothing to ease Klonoa’s guilt. Another example of Klonoa’s kind heart is in the finale act of the Arctic Cruise. In Hat Kid’s scenario, she crashed the boat on purpose to grab a Time Piece and only saved everyone when she realized how big of a mistake she had just made. On the other side of the coin with Klonoa however, Klonoa actually tried to steer the boat away from an iceberg it was on a collision course with, but he ended up accidentally steering the boat into ANOTHER iceberg due to him not knowing how cruise ships work. Klonoa hauled butt around the sinking ship to save everyone, and ended up pulling it off, but was left feeling horrible afterwards, and broke down in tears admitting to everyone that he had crashed the boat. However, everyone on the ship was sensible enough to forgive Klonoa for his mistake, telling him that there wasn’t much he could’ve done to save the boat, and that he still managed to save everyone on the boat, so he did still accomplish his mission. One more instance of Klonoa’s kindheartedness comes at the very end after his battle against Mustache Girl. Klonoa bestows some important knowledge upon her, telling her that it’s always noble to want to weed out all of the world’s bad guys, but that there’s also a right and wrong way of going about that, and that those who stick to doing it the wrong way can end up becoming what they’ve set out to destroy: a bad guy. Klonoa’s journey ends with him restoring the balance of time, while also lending Mustache Girl some Time Piece power to reclaim her island. But just as he’s about to leave the world, with him mission completed, the people he met along his journey stop him before he departs, begging him to stay. Klonoa reveals to them that as much as he wants to stay, he can’t. As the Dream Traveler, he’s required to leave whatever world he’s called to once his mission is complete. Everyone is sad to see that he has to leave, but they accept that it’s part of his duty as the Dream Traveler, and allow him to depart. But before he leaves, he sincerely and tearfully thanks all of them for making his journey less lonely, unlike how he had initially thought it would play out. Klonoa’s new friends let him go, and he departs back to his world. All in all, Klonoa is nothing short of a great person… or lop-eared cat. He may be clumsy and naive, but he’s a no-nonsense do-gooder with tons of knowledge and wisdom under his belt, with a kind enough heart to consider even someone like the Snatcher a friend.
I would rank the conductor lower because DJ grooves is the one i think is the canon boss, it makes more sense for dj grooves to be the boss for BotB for me
The only thing my brain knows "BotB" to be is an abbreviation of the name of a Hollow Knight OC of mine so I'm very confused because _unless you were in any miraculous case a member of the Hollow Knight Amino_ then there is 0 way in the universe it would ever mean *that*
Mustache Girl: Means are iffy, but good goals. She’s a hero. Mafia Boss: Means are iffy, so despite good goals, he’s the villain. Ok then. I agree Mustache Girl is better than Mafia Boss, but the hypocrisy in the arguments is blatantly obvious. She should be in the gray, right above the Conductor.
Mafia boss didnt have to make her and her family basically homeless. We dont even know what happened to the other island dwellers other than the old man.
@@icelingbolt well the Boss literally said during the Boss Fight "Soon you both perish". I gues they do not hesitate to kill. And I have an idea, why the food tastes so bad. Mafia boss took over and island that was welcoming him and is stealing from them and is forcing them to pay taxes for things and is even willing to kill Mustache girl wanted to rid the planet of evil people and was a freedom fighter
You guys should make an evil to most evil Final Fantasy antagonist. I have a feeling that Sephiroth, despite his popularity, isn't the most evil of them all.
He's in the fallen hero category; Sephiroth was the top soldier for the U.N. and was praised by many; a hero, it remained the same until he learned the truth of his existence; for he was just an bioengineered super soldier to be used as a tool and be tricked into thinking he had choice to begin with, which made him snap and went mad. So in a list of least evil to most evil FF villains; Sephiroth would be at the bottom. Sephiroth is the epitomy of live long enough and you'll start becoming the villain.
I honestly think mustache girl is a villain. Sure, she has good intentions, but that doesn't justify what she does. Plenty of villains have good intentions, that doesn't mean that they are good. (Think thanos, for instance.)
Sinner medals Doris - the seal crew (they're incompetent but really are sweeter than honey) Pride - the conductor (he definitely has the feeling he is prideful of his work) Sloth - the snatcher (why does he get this spot? He was rather lazy by putting his chores on others) Lust - vanessa (it was her obsession with the prince that drove her to that form.) Greed - empress (she is actually greedy.) Wrath - mustache girl (we can't ignore how bad her choice to manipulate time is and wanting who she called badguys as dead. At least dont go too harsh on them.) Envy - vanessa (surprise. Its her jealousy and misunderstanding of said prince buying flowers for vanessa. The thought he was cheating on her) Lemme know who fits gluttony most? I cant think of anyone
What do I think? I think your sense of good and evil is a bit skewed. Moustache girl is good at first with pure intensions but goes full terrorist by drowning her ancesteral home with lava just to spite the mafia and then almost destroys time and space the moment she gets power. Definite grey area at the least (I mean she punished EVERYONE, regardless of what they have done). Also really, the seals are grey? The most innocent creatures in the game who feel bad when they accidently mess things up, grey? P.S: Also M. girl LIQUIFIES people and stores them in jars! That kind of stuff would get you sent to the crazy bin.
I would switch the Empress and Snatcher's placemement. 1) Stealing and eating *souls,* is a worse crime than counterfeiting, stealing, and murder. 2) Being charismatic, does not make Snatcher less evil. In fact, it probly makes him more dangerous in the long-run.
At least with the Snatcher, he has some kind of backstory that explains why he's the way he is, whereas the Empress gets no such treatment. And don't forget that the Snatcher shows some form of care and appreciation for his minions (stealing mail for them and all), while the Empress will murder an underling of hers in cold-blood just for being suspected of stealing her valuables.
@@Khanmanlol Snatcher trys to murder you too. He just gives up, when Hat Kid shows herself tough enough to defend herself. ... Can you do one with bug Fables characters?
Mustache girl isnt good or bad but in the grey area
One of the reasons I love this game is how pretty much all the characters bend the rules of “bad guy” and “good guy”.
Bad guy: slapped a guy once
Good guy: sentences everyone (except themselves and maybe one more person) to death
So basically, they're not "good" or "evil". (At least not in the traditional sense) They're just flawed. Much like real people.

Mustache Girl: the tragic, fallen hero. Her crimes as she slips from grace are undeniable, but so are her virtues that lead her to fight evil in the first place. What leads her to villainy is not a desire for tyranny, but a loss of innocence. A growing despair. A feeling that more and more extreme measures are _necessary._
Hat Kid: the innocent brat.

ME TOO
@R p yes but of course it’s going to be the bigger hit box if there’s an option of two. If they both had their own hit boxes, the conductor would be a slightly harder fight than DJ. I personally think it’s The Conductor because I ALWAYS get higher points on his levels no matter what, plus even though DJ has a better reason, of the two reasons, The Conductor’s is more in character lol
Mustache girl stole hat kids time pieces

I'm kind of disappointed that the video didn't include the moment where the Conductor helps out Hat Kid during her fight with DJ Grooves. I think it makes for a bit of a good character arc for him, since it shows him starting off as a reckless jerk who doesn't care for others' safety, but after he loses (and possibly humbled by the experience), he shines through in the end to save Hat Kid from DJ Grooves' bomb.

To give a POTENTIALLY canon answer of "who won the movie award" the hitbox in the boss fight is always DJ Grooves' even if you fight the conductor. It's still not confirmed as canon if DJ Grooves is the one who attempts murder, but it's still worth mentioning.
Wdym
DJ Grooves is also easier to get to win due to earning more points from his stages if I remember correctly.
@@medusathedecepticon not rlly cuz if you get reincarnated during the parade you lose the points before the checkpoint

Man I really want to meet Snatcher so he can immediately take my soul and kill me.
Empress will go to prison if the police chief thinks she's more trouble than she's worth. The investigation is a show of force from him.
Alright, TIME TO DIEEEEEE!"
This line right here. . . this is where Snatcher stops dicking around and gives it his all.
He doesn't fuck with people, he eats their souls unless he's "in need of a towel boy."
If Snatcher wanted to have fun he'd have LOVED being Hat Kid's BFF with her travelling the world, kicking ass, and. . . joining a crime organization.
I actually thought that too (The Conductor not being a bird, that is). He just looks like a giant lizard with feathers… so I guess a dinosaur?
Finally someone said it!
Mustache Girl may be the main antagonist, but her intentions were more noble than all the other characters. She even says before her fight "Can't you see I'm making this for all of us?"
She had nothing.

I just remembered at the end if the game some guys beg for Hat Kid to stay and I imagine she’s like “Bitch y’all tried to kill me screw you”
i imagine that snatcher’s contract that he tried to get her to sign at the end of the game was to either make her stay around or on the planet or just for him to come with her (I doubt the second one though)
Most of that makes sense, but here's some things you missed:
Mustache Girl was willing to kill anyone who got in her way, too many times, or who she considers to be a bad guy.
I agree that Mustache Girl shouldn't be most good, but however, Hat Kid is also far from a saint, while she did admirable things, she was willing to kill to get her timepieces, as the barrel battle or umbrella mafia is canon, she also burned paintings with souls trapped inside them to help fire spirits who wanted to die (although Snatcher made her do it) and her worst action in the dlc where she recklessly took control of the cruise ship and crashed it onto an iceberg, endangering a lot of lives, a lot of who were innocents like the seals, while she did feel guilty and later saved the people on the cruise ship, she was still the one who endangered them in the first place, while I would still say Hat Kid is more good than Mustache Girl (who I would put in the bad area) I think grey area is a good spot for Hat Kid
So Imo the most good character is Cooking Cat
Okay, a lot of those deeds did slip my mind. You do make some really good points. I don't know why Cooking Cat would be the most good, though. Although he is evil, snatcher will still be my favorite he is way to cute for me
I couldn’t agree more! In my AU, he is actually the good guy.
@@polocatfan ye that's y vanessa is number 1 most evil
Plus where’s her justification for killing all the children of the forest in which snatcher actually cared for giving them new bodies

Well, you’re not wrong.
I’ve been playing AHIT with the Kingdom Hearts 2 Sora mod, so I think I’ll add in an honorable mention:
Taking the Platinum Medal of heroism on our list, we have the KeyBlade’s chosen one: Sora from Disney’s Kingdom Hearts game series.
I’ve also been playing the game with the “Playable Klonoa” mod, so I wrote an entry for him too:
Taking our Platinum Medal of heroism, everyone say it with me now, WAHOO!

Hat in time is one of my favorite Nintendo games
Hat Kid is the most evil character of all time. She has no feelings. She has no remorse. May god help us.
Ironic the villain of the game is more good than the hero of the game. Now that's a rare occurrence.
Debatable, in my opinion.
You ever hear that the road to hell is paved with good intentions? Mustache Girl is literally just the character version of that.
I would switch the Empress and Snatcher's placemement.
1) Stealing and eating *souls,*
is a worse crime than counterfeiting, stealing, and murder.
2) Being charismatic, does not make Snatcher less evil. In fact, it probly makes him more dangerous in the long-run.
Yeh... It's knowed that charism is an trait of Psychopathy...
