Dude idk how you do this but god bless your driving is impressive to watch handling those hills going on and off the track at Bristol. Tons of respect for your truck driving brother.
Man you weren’t lying about having to keep your speed up! I’ve been a truck driver (local) for 21 years here in SC and a racing fan my whole life, so I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have your job. I’d love it, I just have to have my home time with the family. Keep pumping the vids out, they’re awesome. Especially the night time track tour. Seeing all the behind the scenes stuff is really cool. You’re living the dream man!
Sam, Bristol was so much fun. Keep up the content, Love it!! Your look was so intense. Harry...we made it thru!! Lol MHR is lucky to have you promoting them like you do. Huge fan, Bless ya brother!
I watched the haulers go out on a different channel just so I could see what you were talking about and the guy stopped. He had to be towed by a tractor. I also watched your point of view coming in and also an outside the truck view. It's so steep. Definitely a butt puckering situation
Hey man good stuff! My buddy Joey works in NASCAR as Chris Hackers manager and keeps pushing me to get my CDL and send my resume in. Do you have any "A Day In The Life Videos" or a weekend i should say. Im real interested in it but man i got no idea what the job entails. What a weekend looks like, and what weekdays are like. how much home time you get or if any at all.
@@MotorRacingNGravy Haha well thanks, thats all we installed into our Toterhome this year so hopefully it serves us decent on our trip to Daytona in a week
I Was holding my breath. That place has to sux for all of you haulers.I guess you would rate that as the number 1 worst place to get in and out of. Which would be the best for all you haulers daytone or Talladega. Thank you a be safe.
That actually happened to a friend of mine back in 06. He was locked in a tight Championship Battle and I think the whole thing had a role in him eventually losing the title when he softened up on the final lap of the championship 3 race.
@@MotorRacingNGravy I’ll do that or could we when you leave the track? I’m going to see if I can watch the race from the garage experience, keep in touch & good luck the rest of the year!!!

Thank you very much for the kind words! Glad you're enjoying the content!

I'm a blessed man for sure. Thanks for the positive words! 😎
The sense of relief was awesome. Nice work!
Tell me about it! Thank you!
Nice to see the hauler's pov in and out of a race track.
Thank you for watching!
This is sick. Man, I wish someone in Supercross would do this, too, behind the truck scenes
I'm surprised someone doesn't tbh
Yes! I wish too. Huge MX and SX fan.
Grind it till ya find it brotha 🤘🤣

I appreciate it!
IMO I think they should let the hauler driver warm the race vehicles up for the drivers... See you in Austin.
I like the way you think 😏
Awesome video! Yes, when you're in Bristol again in the fall I'll reach out to you!
Awesome! See you there!
California, here we come -Mack dinoco here we come -lightning McQueen
Big daddy steering lil mamma 🏁
Thanks for all the views, you made that look easy!! You are very good at what you do..Go #18!!!
That you! We're going to get our win soon!
Dude don’t stress u got it made it look easy
It's not overly difficult, just stressful.
Thanks for the update and imagine in 1990. You did not have to park the hollers in the infield yet park him outside of the racetrack.
I'm certainly glad it's not like that anymore
Hi Sam !, I see the “ climb “ out of BMS wasn’t nearly as nerve racking as it was going in for you !. Have a great day ! :).
Oh it is, I just was too tired to get all excited about it. 🤣
What clamp mount you use on GoPro they seem pretty stable. New to your channel, so much fun to view the great skills you have driving that big rig!
I appreciate that! The one on the bumper sticks is just a simple tension clamp I bought on Amazon. The one on the side step is a go pro flat mount.
Good job sir. I was nervous watching it

Every single time
When you leave a track is your race vehicle on the last race tires used or are you on your own travel tires?
We have load tires that we travel to and from the track on. The race tires go back to Goodyear

Check out the channel, there are a couple of videos of that type
Appreciate it man will do
I would love to do that for just one race circuit. SOOOOO COOL
I have almost 40 yrs of hwy driving n still at it today. I know I could do it without a doubt in my mind. Just saying if anyone is looking. Lol
In 2022 it was dirt and rain. Where you there?
I did. The video is on here. 😏
Thanks for your time!@@MotorRacingNGravy
Which was more nerve racking trying to get in or out concrete or dirt Bristol
Probably the dirt just because mentally dirt seems more treacherous, but it wasn't any difficult in reality
What type of CBs yall running that comes in sooooo clear
Plain ol cobra. If you watch the video from Vegas, it was anything but clear 🤣
@@MotorRacingNGravy Haha well thanks, thats all we installed into our Toterhome this year so hopefully it serves us decent on our trip to Daytona in a week
what's your opinion on the tire ware situation in the cup race
I thought the race was fantastic. Maybe a little extreme, but... More of that please!
agreed@@MotorRacingNGravy
That was nuts!
that’s alotta money in tires and bbs wheels
Noooo. Tires and wheels are cheap. 😏
Do they not have the parade coming into the track anymore ?
Not for the truck series, idk if Cup does or not
How fast were you going when you made the turn to go out through the wall?
Love the videos!
I have absolutely zero clue. I'm in 3rd gear, so I'm guessing 20-25mph 🤷
@@MotorRacingNGravyThanks!
I saw a vid when it was dirt and man oh man 😅
Yea. Dirt is no joke
Best content on youtube!
Thank you!
The Liuna truck seems to be half as fast as the other trucks but somehow costs three times as much😉
Also, the skilled driver of the truck is a member of the Teamsters, so it’s definitely a truck issue🤣
Yea, that's probably why we have 3 top tens and 2 top 5s in 5 races

Daytona is a pretty easy one. The tunnel is spacious. The easiest has been Mid Ohio. You pull in the facility and straight in the garage
Since you are going down pit row. I wonder if the crew can do a ten second pit stop. 🤔🤔🤣🤣
To be honest, I never see or hear about the time. Only if we gained or lost positions
@@MotorRacingNGravy I was talking about the truck tires. Since you were driving down pit row.
That was neat. So where do you go from there? To the next track or to the shop then the next track?
Back to the shop, then we leave for COTA tomorrow
Just curious. Have you ever lost your car to a small town that made it pave their street?
That actually happened to a friend of mine back in 06. He was locked in a tight Championship Battle and I think the whole thing had a role in him eventually losing the title when he softened up on the final lap of the championship 3 race.
That's one sharp Peterbilt😊
Thank you!
Put it in 2nd and let her eat... LOL
I might have up shifted too far then panicked a tad 🤣
Congratulations eckes won 🏆 bristol for mcanally hilgemann racing team
Hey we have the same geek bar!
I try to keep them out of my videos, but the anxiety was high here 🤣
@@MotorRacingNGravy I took it as binding lol, great channel man
Look at all those empty seats. Looks like the average Cup race now.
You realize this is about 2 hours after the race is over right?
@@MotorRacingNGravy You sure? I thought the haulers left during the race.
@@MotorRacingNGravy r/wooooooosh
I love watching ur videos, can I meet you in talladega?
I’m taking chemo & would like to get a pic with you by the hauler if possible, talladega in October
Absolutely. The best way is to find where the haulers are staged up outside the track prior to parking and find our truck.
@@MotorRacingNGravy I’ll do that or could we when you leave the track? I’m going to see if I can watch the race from the garage experience, keep in touch & good luck the rest of the year!!!
the video does no justice to the angle of that track and exit
I know. I wish I could capture it accurately
Hey can I get a team hat please and l like the videos
If you can find me at the track (in the garage, or in the staging lot before hauler parking) I very well may have a hat for you
