Is that a 330 with a trem?
Yes, it's a Winfield Vibrato. Easy install, stays in tune nicely and works great for subtle bends. Also, it makes string changes a breeze!
If you have a Ric with the R tailpiece, you want the "ADAPTER" accent vibrato. www.winfieldvintage.com/product-page/complete-accent-vibrato
