When I was about 13 years old i started with side hustles when i had some free time from school. At that time i also started to watch financial videos on TH-cam which gave me a better understanding about money and what i should do with the money i earn. With 17 i started a 3 year apprenticeship which i finished in 2022 I‘m currently in a school where i make the (in german: Berufsmaturität) i dont know how thats called in english 😅. Everyone can do this in my career i never earnt much money. 2019=700$ / 2020=900$ / 2021=1400$ and since 2023 i earn about 2000$ when i work 50%.
I dont know you and your financial situation but a couple tips i could give you that were helpful to me would be:
- Start a side hustle
- Watch TH-cam videos about Money, there are a lot of great Channels

FYI mortgages and any type of loan is not included in your net worth. if you own a 500k condo but you only have 100k equity into it. then you would only include that 100k of equity into your net worth.
