I would like to see where these are running, I’ve watched a ton of videos on the new Z and have yet to see one get passed 4.5, also I used to own a 2014 370 auto with sports pack, never broke 5, sorry guys I’m calling a huge BS on these!
same, this 370z has to be tuned, even manufacturer says that the version with auto trans will do 0-100 i think in 5.0 and the manual in 5.5 (i have manual and can confirm that it wont do better than 5.5)
The new z did 4 sec to 60 flat after multiple tries and having the tyres warmed up on launch control check hagarty and brosfourrspeed(the one in this vid)
@@omarsabbouh1237 aaaaand all the other reviews out there are standing firm at 4.5, I just found 5 other reviews that literally say the fastest they could get it was 4.5 due to whatever issues they had, most being crap tires or the really bad launch control Nissan offers. And those numbers are only from the auto WITH the 10k upgrade so you have a $50k car that only in its auto form that pulls meh numbers…sorry I’ll take my awd bmw any day at the same $, drive it year round on much much better tires, and leave that thing in the dust.
Afew things on the 400z. I honestly think it’d had been quicker with only 2 gears to 60. It’s also mildly disappointing that it’s slower than the C5 Z06 with a magazine time of 4.0(and a best of 3.9). The 400Z still seems very healthy, I just thought it may have a little more.
who cares about the number, what matters is the acceleration in gear. and that looks pretty damn healtyh at 4.2 with 2 shifts. gimme the shorter gearing any day.
@@givemeajackson what matters is the overall acceleration. Too much time shifting and your losing time overall even if you have more torque in gear. I’d rather have the gears that hold me in the power-band without sacrificing as much time to shifting, the gears that are ultimately quicker.
@@givemeajackson maybe to you. But to me the cars actual capabilities are what matter. I prefer the real performance over what a person perceives as real. Function over Aesthetic interest.

Only gear it shifted fast in was 1st to 2nd. 2nd to 3rd were ehhh average auto speed.
