Was surprisingly hard to find a video about these little guys. I came across one with the charger cord and I want to reclaim the battery and "break away" charger for another project. Thanks for making this!
Nice vid, wanting to create a Vuse device for my bike helmet but don’t want it getting in the way and want it to be retractable from the inside as well kind of like a button/spring load and need to cut the device down by like 1/3 of what it is to get it to fit also. Helped a ton, thank ya!
I've taken a lot of these apart. The small magnets in these are fantastic. I also pulled a few batteries using them in other projects. My question is, have you ever tried to use the board as a general 1S protection board for the battery by bypassing the pressure sensor? It would be nice to recycle the entire assembly and getting a 1S board to boot. I think it may be possible by bypassing the sensor and connecting the output control wire to something like an on/off switch instead.
No, I haven't messed around with the board. I have, however, been able to use one as a battery charger by attaching alligator leads to the battery wires. I agree it would be great to reuse these little boards. Have a great day!
The juuls were honestly a lot cheaper but easier to take apart to clean and easy to get dirty really fast. Here bc my alto lost the magnets so charging is a bitch and I have others that don’t work that are in better condition I need to get parts from 😂

Sweet glad it helped! Hope you get yours sorted and salvage what'cha need! Cheers!
This helped me bro. My devices pins were pushed down and I deconstructed it and it helped me fix it thank you big dawg
Nice bro!
So you were able to use it after deconstrution?

That sounds like you are anot to create a new device essentially. Probably need to patent that after you get a working unit going. 😁👍
@@joshuaanothereraseddad Facts, you got a good point there 😎
@maxingout6124 😎🎯
Just what I wanted to see!
I know this is an old video but it would been nice to see the specs for the battery in detail, along with the circuit board on both sides.
Great heads up for future videos. I still have a few to disassemble. Thanks for the tips!

That person who dropped needed a new one the one he had looked like it went thru hell and back..
Pretty much!
😂😂😂😂
I’m about to do this because my vuse won’t even flash when I hit it, I wonder if it’s like a juul and covered on the inside with juice.
When I took this one a part it wasn't covered too bad. Just a light film was all.

The contact pins are made of gold and silver, yes?
From what I recall yes, but I'm not 100% certain.
nice vid brah
Thanks
Thankyou for the video Bob Belcher
You're welcome 😂👍
teaches how to repair the burner
Why is there a microphone inside it?
Not sure where you got that idea from? 🤷♂️
Thats the inhale sensor. It does look alot like microphone to be fair.
It's a pressure sensor- I think it's a barometer. It only sends out power to the coil if the sensor detects the inhale.
could be possible to use electric board, for example to connect it to sensor and led lights. when sensor detects movment powers on lights?
That's a great idea chief! I'll look in trying that soon. Thanks!
thanks, I will be happy to see more from your videos ☺️
