By far the best attempt out there so far. I need a large vocal group cover desperately. I know you are out there choir director - make this happen, please!
I adore the track Autobahn by Kraftwerk ever since I tripped on LSD and saw the melody coming out of the speakers. This is a very special version. I love it, love it! Dankeschön, Gute Nacht & auf Wiedersehn´ :)
Lovely, on the original release there were acoustic instruments... Namely guitar and flute. I'm sure there were others - but those are the two I recall hearing the most of
This is FAB.... I've always wanted to do Autobahn all the way through. But, being a synth player, I lack the necessary musical skill ;) Would love to see a full length version.
I'm a Kraftwerk fan and I say it's quite good! The guitar effect sounds really nice. But there could have been a few more options, for example singing and the short melodies in the second half (it was originally with guitar!), slide effects with a second guitar. But, don't digital drums use synthesized sounds..? ;)
Chciałbym przebyć Drogę Autostradą wraz z RALFEM HUETTEREM , KARLEM BARTOSEM oraz FLORIANEM SCHNEIDEREM czy jest to możliwe kiedy słucham ten Cudowny Utwór.
What do you mean by 'synths'? KW was all about sounds by electronics, or at least heavily manipulated by electronics (i.e. vocoder). In the beginning their devices and synthesizers were analog. Later on synthesizers became more affordable, mass-produced, with digital electronics, by which synth-pop arose. Allthough this cover is nicely done, essentialy it is the complete opposite of Kraftwerk's philosophy. They wanted no strings - like guitars, violins and piano's- and no acoustical instruments in general - like drums or brass (which they considered as rooted in mediaevil music), but radical, new, synthetic sounds created through electronic technology.
This is like background music to what happens in the backseat of a VW Beetle

An alternate universe where Neu! did autobahn haha.
So pretty standard 70s jazz.
2:15 🤣
Stunning... This is the reet best version ever been done! (Sorry Kraftwerk, but...)
Cheers! :)
Well there wasn't much in the way of synths on the original.... but you should have broken the rule to do the "meeeeeoooowwwmmmm" bits ;)
Good point - it would have been good to get the meeeooowwmmm in there somehow :)

I think this cover would sound good in Banda music
Sounds like Fripp on guitar..
fast schon muzak
war doch beim Original auch schon, oder?
I am one of the few pedantic fools who will tell you that you DID use synths. Drum synths.
