Hill of Uisneach Conservation Management Plan - a work in progress (Part 1)

AMS have been commissioned by Westmeath County Council in partnership with the Heritage Council to produce a Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for the Hill of Uisneach. This represents Phase 2 of the CMP process, and the aim for this Phase is to address the balance between access for tourists and organised events on the Hill with management of the sensitive archaeological heritage on working farmland. This video is intended to illustrate the reasons why a CMP is required for the Hill of Uisneach, and to show the processes involved in its production.
