Excellent video. So many people especially novice weight trainers don’t understand how their muscles work. Weight training programs should start weight free with a focus on how to correctly engage the various muscles for each type of exercise. Also thinking it would be helpful for the novice to see front and side fews of the exercise..e.g. on the shoulder press, the elbows start slightly in front of the body, but on the full extension, should they be slightly in front of the head or aligned with the side of the head? Thanks
this is the most useful youtube weight traing channel. I guarantee.
This has been helping me so much!!! 🙏
Thanks man even athleanx didn't mention this in any of his video
Excellent tips😊👍
How does this translate when you are trying to train log rather than a bar? any differences? Obviously you cannot use a wider grip.

Exelent video as usual, but why does your buddy suffer from ILS (imaginary lat syndrome)? That posture looks like a strong muscle imbalance.
he just has damn long arms
if you look very closely you can see that it is infact not invisible lat syndrome, he actually has lats.
I always look up to the chinese weightlifters for perfect overhead press motion
Some say that Brandon OHPed 185x5 as a highschool freshman.
