Love your work! I find it very hard to breathe diaphragmaticly after bracing, although I can do it alright in a relaxed state. I would greatly appreciate some tips on that!
Just found this page, great stuff. Any tips on engaging that rear brace aside from what is shown? Doing well with sides and front but the rear is difficult.
