I’m Native American and my tribe believes when a spiritual item breaks, it just means those prayers are done and it is simply time for new prayers. What you put in is what you get out. This is true in all spirituality. You can put your energy in by working with your hands and rebuild. Or you can build new and new prayers will go in. We also believe everything happens for a purpose even if we are not in a position to understand or to know that purpose. If knowing was the point, we would not be born in a position as a human but instead something that exists in a place where perspective would allow that understanding, but we are born only as a human and so we are not in position to figure that out, however we can create something with our hands, put our energy into it and find meaning, connection and purpose there and it’s good.
Om Namah Sivaya... I see an energized mala as a divine protection tool, the more you chant on it, the more power it gets, and the more it protects you. If it breaks, the mala is doing its job as a spiritual armor. Your soul is protected by it.
Hello, from the Caribbean. I just recently was received by the only hindu temple here in Dominican Republic. I greatly appreciate this explanation on how and why. Since most of our members have been coming and going out of the country and everytime I go most of them have taught me the basics I'm already In process to be integrated which would be getting my mala. For answering the questions i was having, Thank so much
Hi! Thank you for the information , my mala just broke after 3 years and I feel joyful 🌸I still have a question: what can you actually do with the beads from the mala that has broken? Thank you
I purchased my Mala beads from Shivaloka in Bali during a women's retreat in 2018. They were blessed for courage, and I wore them almost daily for 2 years. Then this February 2020, one day before I was to return to New York from a stay in Mexico, I picked up my Mala and they had separated. At first, I was very sad that I could not wear them, but I came to realize that the break was a significant message as you have confirmed in this video. My question is: how do I care for the Mala now? Should I hang them on an altar? or store them in a protective bag where they will stay protected? Thank you! Namaste
@@SHIVALOKATV thank you for your response. I am looking at your website and was considering purchasing an identical Mala, but would be better to restring the ones I have because of the energy they hold? Thank you.
@@karenandrews558 It's always good to keep charging your mala if you have been using it with mantra meditation. But it's also good to have more than one meditation mala.
My mala was broken and his stones made me feel very good. It sounded good to carry him with me to use it. now broken. Can I renew him with the same stones? Should I use new stones?
My Mala purchased in December form you/ shivaloka broke yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s something that is covered by warranty. The string broke right at the gold vermeil guru bead (no beads fell off at all). It seems like the guru beads edges just wore and cut through the string 🤷♀️
I am wearing a rudraksh mala having four rudraksh ( i.e one ganpati rudraksh, one eight mukhi rudraksh and two five mukhi rudraksh ). today by chance my ganpati rudraksh broke. Is it a sign of some misfortune or something else ?. Whether I should put off this mala ? Please advise. ??????
i have a rudraksha mala beads ...but the red tassel got loosen and eventually dettached ...what shall i do...do i need to make a new tassel to replace it
Om namah shivaya. May I kindly ask you whether it is still the same positive sign that my amethyst mala beads broke a 2nd time within 3 weeks - right after having it spiritually cleaned and repaired? Would you recommend to have it cleaned and repaired again and should I start to reuse it thereafter? This is really important to me since my mala beads freed me from previously frequent migraine and headache. Many thanks. Guadalupe
Dear Guadelupe, this applies to malas in general, most especially if you are meditating with them. If this is a meaningfil mala to you, most definitely get it fixed again.
God doesn't judge.. It doesn't matter is she is wearing a cross and a rudraksha at the same time. What she/we feels in our hearts is more important. If she feels good wearing them both that is up to her, it's her life path and we cannot judge! Focusing on yourself / ourselves is what we need to do. And if you know a little bit about hinduism and Christianity then you know that in the lost years of Jesus his life he was seeking guidance in Kashmir - India by Lord Krishna, he's tomb is also there (not many people know this) and in hinduism we welcome everyone regardless what religion, position, ethnicity etc. someone has. Wish you well on your own journey 🤗
We are honoring our lineage, always, there are many candles but only one light. Jesus, Buddha, Shirdi Sai Baba, they are all in our lineage and tradition, one boat, one beautiful lineage of masters. :)

Could you make a video about what mantras to repeat for a certain purpose like healing or protection.
Thank you for your feedback. We will be releasing a meditation course soon introducing mantras for healing and protection.

Will your energy be lost if you meditate with a mala that only has 107 beads? I lost one and am not ready to let this mala go
Just buy one bead and join it.
What do I do if my rudraksh mala accidentally fell down to the floor???
Reenergize it
My tassel is loose n thread has came out.. Wat shld i do to fix it
You need to put another fresh thread.
🙏Thanks

Funny that you speaking about Hinduism subject wearing cross (Christian) earrings… 😅😅😅 well, let there be peace right?
I believe in Jesus as much as I pray to Shiva. There is no difference, they all belong to the same tradition.
