@@ismajaffery6071 this is totally new topic that you bring in my notice. I don't find in past papers as wel in syllbus of css. So if u r preparing for css than kindly strict to urself only to those topic whch r mentioned. Thanks

Preliminary investigation strats when u first file report. It doesn't strats without filing report

My apologies, i may correct it, actually it has done by LEA immediately after crime has occurred.
