I'm speaking from the PoV of a gay guy, but my experience is that a confident man, who knows who he is, works on his flaws without being owned by them, and can listen to what people want and provide it, gets a lot more attention than nervous young lad only worried about himself and how people see him.

I have question regarding side effects when using minoxidil or finastride: should someone who is prone to heart racing, anxiety and panic attacks(especially after consuming foods or drinks with caffeine) and breathing issues still try min or fin? It looks like the more violent kind of hair loss alopecia areata if it's an autoimmune condition it can come back taking what you need regardless a hair transplant if you have in the back of the head you can restore your hair get alot of hair grafts if you ever do it if but I get it you can also do it in year payments even 5 year payments at bosley meaning you can pay less money in a longer term plan per month and any point and time you want give more to end faster you can. If this hair loss was androgenic alopecia I would just say take oral finastride and oral monoxidal maybe monoxidal also even now running in good oxygen helps so much for the hair no matter what you have almost hair runs so heavily on oxygen and heart rate

As for a transplant yeah that could work but he seens happier without hair now. Plus he can also grow a horseshoe and do a Patrick Stewart captain picsrd look. So he has options.
