I can tell you I did NOT feel liberated when I shaved my head. I didn’t like it but learned to just deal with it
@@j3ohnny interesting. What about shaving your head did you not like? It's definitely something to get used to for some people. Personally I did feel a weight being lifted when I finally accepted the fact that I was losing my hair and embraced shaving my head.
@@TwoBaldDudes I did not look better with a shaved head than I did w hair. I was a bartender and got used to a certain amount of attention from women and saw a noticeable difference after shaving.
@@j3ohnny I get what you are saying. Mine was quite the opposite. I was told that I looked better with the bald head and salt and pepper beard and got more attention with this look. But everyone's experience is different, so I can respect what you are saying.

It’s good to have a shaved head as we age so we look younger and keep getting jobs and working. Cause all the bosses will think 🤔 we are still younger. I’m 64 and heaps of people think I’m a lot younger. Even the Rock looks great.
Any advice for a closer head shave. I’m a new head shaver. and I hate the hair shadow
To get the closest and smoothest head shave you'll need to use a razor. I use the Fusion Pro Glide to shave my head. For shaving cream, I use Aveeno Positively Smooth Shaving Gel. If you go through our videos, you'll find a head shaving tutorial that we've put up.
If you want to prevent the hair shadow, you'll need to shave frequently. I usually shave every other day, but if you want it fresh, then shaving every day will get you there. Once you're gotten some experience, you'll be able to do it in the shower in about 5 minute, all by feel without the need for a mirror.
started recently to shave my head as well. From what I learned, you get the best result if shaving against the grain and after that with the grain to get every hair.

Great videos but you should try to ask questions in less of a 'leading' way to get better answers. For example instead of saying 'do you feel like you have more confidence with the ladies?' simply ask 'Has it impacted your dating life in any way'... 2 reasons for this, it keeps it open for them to answer however they want to and you don't offend anyone who might be gay etc without you knowing.

So I am an older gentleman with a full head of hair who happened to be gifted with height and good looks as an accident of birth. The problem with my hair is that it has always done whatever it wants to do and it has been impossible to find someone who knows how to cut it. Count your blessings by bald friends.
