What is the absolute minimum amount of earnest money a buyer is allowed to offer? 2.) What is the status of a purchase agreement when a seller fills out a form for a counter offer, but the form does not change any terms to the original offer made by the buyer? 3.) What is a broker's fist duty if she receives a complaint of false advertisement from one of her licensees? 4.) What happens if a potential buyer's appraisal comes low and buyer doesn't have the funds to cover the difference?
Great question... there is a big debate whether or not a listing contract is unilateral or bilateral. In fact, half of all the law books say its one way and the other say its the other. Truth is, the testing services won't ask you a question whether or not the listing contract is unilateral or bilateral
Don’t give up I’m In Pa I studied my butt off and failed . Keep studying the more you study things begin to click especially with how it applies to real estate . Their is always failure before their is success !! Don’t give up I know it’s frustrated but keep being steadfast you will pass

IM STRUGGLING WITH NATIONAL FOR S.C. VERY DISCOURAGED. ALL I DO IS STUDY. KEEP MISSING BY FEW POINTS. NOT SURE WHAT ELSE TO DO. 😢
