You aren't kidding around. Some reactors say how awesome some band is, and then don't do another on them for months. But you are on it! The Warning are world-class and worth the time!
You have to understand as well that a lot of the reactors have back logged requests from Patreon members that they have to get too. Now that doesn't mean they all do. But a lot of them do.
@@gaminjunctiontv5534 that plus most reactors just say everything is good, or they can think a song is good but it's not really their favourite genre
I've always been a bass guy. And with only a 3 piece band I can clearly hear Ale's bass. Her bass lines are crisp and clear and they drive the songs. And her stage presence is riveting. I'm 73 and seen almost all rock bands. I think The Warning is the best hard rock band in the world today. They can't write a bad song and they're so young. I'm constantly amazed! Rock on!
with ya brother
Yep. Just turned 67 and can't disagree at all. Can't think of another band that I'm itching to see again.
The first live concert i saw was "The Doors" and countless bands since then.
TW is the first band in decades that have stirred up the passion in me for rock in decades.
Absolutely as you say. Ale's playing is something that every trio band would like to have.
The Warning “is not just a band they are an experience.
I concur
A bit of context. This concert was in Mexico City (CDMX) at over 7,000 feet above sea level. Pau was so sick they were considering cancelling the concert and her two sisters were not at 100% either.... And then they deliver a concert as full of energy as this!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I am glad you made this coment especially in regard to the altitude of where sits Mexico city. It is one of the highest capitals in the world. Now the sistersxwere born and raised in a mountain city as well as Monterey sits on a mountain range as well, it is a high city. So they are kinda used to, they are highlanders. Still that does not in any disminish the fact that thry can still deliver fuch a high energy gull concert playing at such a high altutude that would defeat most other people. They should be more often comended for that.
Except that the city of Monterrey is only 1,770 feet above sea level and Mexico City is over 7,000 feet. And that's a huge difference in altitude.
And also, Pau giving two solo performances on the piano, when she was the sickest of the bunch.
The quintessential meaning of "The Show Much Go On"
She's one brave little power drummer....:)
7 minutes of the best hard rock in a long, long time.
The song Dust to Dust was conceived and the bass line writen by Ale when she was about 12 . . .
Its the first song of the concept album . . "Queen of the Murder Scene ".
.
It is sang from the perspective of a ghost witnessing her own funeral.
Ale wrote the riff two years before Pau needed a melody for the opening song of the album. She remembered the riff, and it was perfect.
Increíble... bravo Ale!!!
The Thunder Child, The Heartbeat, and The Rock Star. Three gifted, intelligent musicians with the stage command to always deliver a great performance. They don't have a bad song, they don't perform a bad show, and they are the best live act around.
Great nicknames for DPA!!
Luv your assignation and nicknames for the Ladies, very perfect description 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
The crowd feeding off the energy radiating from the stage resulted in The Warning getting even more hyped up, which got the audience even more excited, and so on, and so on.... A non-stop perpetual emotion machine.
No doubt. Just saw them live and they BRING IT!!
@@Dale-m9tThey come at you like a hurricane When you see them live!
In physics we call that phenomena "RESONANCE".
The only discography I can hear without skipping, The Warning and Lovebites. I'm 56 and I know a ton of bands, but nothing like this bands.
So let all of us push these girls to the topp of rock
That's what we fans are trying to do, they deserve it 💯%
Hard work makes you a good musician, creativeness makes you an artist
Personally makes you a great entertainer and these ladies have an abundance of all three
That's so true. People don't realize the 1000s of hours all of them put in individually and rehearsals as a band.
It's the only way to get where they are today.
Whenever I have had the flu and was getting over it I had a hard time getting off the couch. I sure couldn't do a 23 song concert.
Dany and Pau have called Ale the bands metronome ... she keeps the timing, and they look to her to stay on course!!
D2D and Dull Knives are from their second album, Queen of the Murder Scene, which is a concept album with each song telling a part of the story. In my opinion its the best concept album ever written. I'll let others explain the story. One of the things you will notice with TW songs is that they actually get better with each listen.
do they EVER!
Everything sounds fantastic but what stood out to me was Ale’s bass, that Spector five string is dialed in! She has that thing, clean hard-hitting and just just WOW that’s all I can say.
I think this is one of the songs that really requires Pau to do that “singing on a treadmill” training; she’s hammering those drums nonstop, and almost all her singing is at least a semi-belt. The build-up into the last chorus in particular seems like a real exercise in endurance. (And of course, this is being performed in Mexico City, which is at something like 7300 feet of elevation. Mile High City and then some!)
Although it’s an older concert, with slightly lower sound quality and a more raw, less polished feel from the band, you should consider checking out the 2018 Lunario concert if you want the full _Queen of the Murder Scene_ experience. They play the whole album in order.
Yes I concur, it's their masterpiece.
Like you said, a little more raw… that’s not necessarily a bad thing! Regardless, it’s the best live performance from a group of teenagers I’ve ever seen.
They're like a garage band on steroids in them days.
I love their early sound. Almost punk like, but a little more sophisticated.
I'm 69 and was never a fan of hard Rock. I grew up on '70s music, soft rock and some classic rock but that's about as far as it went until recently. The past 4 years or so I have heard the warning, actually the song dull knives, in live streams. For months I heard it off and on and began to think they were pretty good. Then I had the opportunity to be introduced to the warning in 2017 at TED talks University of Nevada. They were teenagers and played three songs and also gave three different verbal presentations about their backgrounds, their values and their character. I absolutely fell in love with him at that point and have never looked back. I am an avid warning fan and have learned to love their music because I love them. That's the only time anything like this has happened to me in the music world.
This is the energy and passion they bring to every concert!
Pau's natural ability makes her playing look so effortless, and I know she's having a blast. I've never heard Ale play a wrong note yet, she just plays without looking. Dani rounds out with energy and a great front woman interacting with the crowd not seen by many bands at that level of professionalism. They are The Warning.
To paraphrase Pau "Honestly, she (Ale) scares me sometimes. She’s a machine!"
2 of the best and most underrated rock songs ever written performed by the world's greatest rock band.
"Dust to Dust" is a funeral, with the spirit of the Queen of the Murder Scene inviting you in to hear her story. "Dull Knives" is the Queen - her good side here - considering ending herself to stop her evil side from taking control. Song 1 and song 9, so there is lot of backstory left out between the two.
It's probably my imagination, but this sounded like it was slightly faster than normal speed. Either way, they are the best! Glad you agree.
I noticed it too.
It is for sure sped up for some reason, maybe the software he used to download it or he put it faster by mistake if he’s just reacting off of TH-cam
I agree, after the first few seconds my hearing felt hurt by the slightly uptuned speed. But apart from that a nice reaction.
@@jorgecolon2014 now yall have me wondering. I’ll check the settings when I get home and see. I did that for a Home Free song to try and get around the copyright blocks so maybe that’s it.
Not your imagination, it's for sure sped up slightly.
You should give yourself a treat. Look for the 2018 Lunario CDMX performance of Dust to Dust. Ale is statuesque now with confidence and attitude, but at the Lunario she was only 13 years old, petite with a massive guitar. She moved around the stage like a wild child trying to tame a wild horse (her guitar!). Absolutely mesmerizing. Her bass thundered like a locomotive in the small venue. Dany at 18 was wearing ‘war paint’, claw marks painted across her throat and hand, playing the role of the ‘Queen’. She stayed in character throughout the concert, descending into madness and losing her battle for her soul and sanity with each song from the album Queen of the Murder Scene. During the breakdown their manager Rudy Joffroy joined them on stage dressed as a preacher in black to deliver a sermon in Spanish. That scene was almost apocalyptic to see. Rudy had difficulty keeping time with the band, so in later performances a prerecorded sermon was used. At the Pepsi Center you can’t even hear that track as it appears 8,000 fans are reciting the sermon themselves! Then there’s tiny young Pau! Even then at 16 years of age, there was power with her performance!
ALE created this Dust to Dust Bass groove at age 11yrs old. Both songs are from the Queen of the Murder Scene Album..A well known Masterpiece, written by teenagers.. The Teatro Metropolitan cdmx 2022 is another show that is exceptional. Especially, "Revenant" & "Narcisista" Pau steps away from the drums and sings.. AT TEATRO METROPOLITAN CDMX 2022 🌎✌️
This performance is the gold standard. It's the best thing they've done.
When they slow down and play a ballard/lament, you will not be ready...
Some people may suggest to do Whem I'm Alone, Black Holes, and Breathe. Please consider doing some more songs of their regular catalog before those. That way you can really appreciate what makes them so special.
I love how they took two separate song and put them together to make something greater live!! So creative!!!😊🎶⚡️
Hey AD, that stare down stank face you give at 5:51 is Classic The Warning Pualina Villarreal! It's in your veins, now. I'm enjoying the shit out watching your reaction. Mad respect, my friend, mad respect! 🤘⚡️🫶🇲🇽
Excelente. Saludos desde peru
Saludos!! Saludos desde San Antonio, Texas! 🤘🏽
I've been following The Warning for years. And still those bass lines gets me every time. As well each of them and especially their music. But still... The Bass!
It's been a minute since I saw a reactor fall so hard down the TW rabbit hole! Awesome to watch! So enthusiastic and real. Keep it up! TWA is here for you! ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
These young women are some of the hardest working people that I know... They are incredible!
Warning Army flood this man's channel with likes and subs!❤
Just did!! TWA all the way!
Ok let's do this!
Both of these songs are from their top tier second album "Queen of the murder scene" a concept album. If you want to hear the whole album live the goto concert is the Lunario CDMX 2017, it´s a fantastic album. You are sticking to our ladies, nice to hear and to watch!
Now you are cooking with gas! Dull Freaking Knives!!!! 🤘🏻😀🤘🏻
This is a devilish, powerful and intoxicating performance. So much, skill and passion on display. Rock has been saved and they are The Warning. Dany is the heart, Pau is the fire and Ale (The Bass Goddess) is the foundation! Long live and shall they reign now and in the heavens till time no longer exists!
I appreciate your reaction. Not sure whether there is a new issue with your sound quality or I slmply failed to notice earlier, but the music sounded a bit chintzy as if played through inferior speakers. Also, the playback was decidedly sped up somehow and finished a couple dozen seconds early. Food for thought maybe.
Yes I had the same sound? I was thinking it was my phone but now that people are commenting there is something wrong.
@@charlielightfoot7006 No, that was all me the song I reacted to before. It was a Home Free song that I slightly sped up to 1.05 to see if it would affect the copyright claims and just forgot to change it back.
@@AfterDarkBoys Hey, shit happens. At least you're willing to take chances. Let that be a lesson to you to never make the chicas wait on the boys. 😄
@@charlielightfoot7006 lol very true!
Please try “burnout” from Sofar in London. Very small concert, more like in your living room. This is just the three, live, mainly acoustic but really shows off how good they are. Simple but still knocks your socks off. Shows how really well they reach their audience. Thanks for your reactions. I’m 76 and fell down the rabbit hole about two years ago. My wife has promised to send me if they have a concert close.😅
Yep, you nailed it. They pull you it and your attention is with each song until the last note. Their strengths are in the rock solid songwriting and their ability to deliver it every single time. These songs are both from a concept album involving obsession, madness, and murder. They talked about in the Tidal doc, where Pau reminds us they wrote it in middle school. What a mind blowing thought. It’s one of the best concept albums in rock’s long history of them. Thanks for sticking with them.
Got my ticket for Monterrey on Feb 22 2025 I can not wait it is going to be S!CK. Thx BD.
One ”The Warning Rule” is: The last The Warning song you heard is always your favorite. 🤓
As soon as I saw this come up in my feed, I knew you'd love this pair of songs from their Queen of the Murder Scene album. It's not common in past live performances of "Dust to Dust" for them the play the extended outro. Generally it ends on Dany's belt.
One of my favorite lyrical lines (from "Dull Knives")- "I'm plucking roses but keeping the thorns."
Awesome reaction! Appreciated ... Love both of those songs, also love Red Hands - never fade (from the same album - Queen of the Murder Scene). Just excellent.
You are sliding down the rabbit hole so fast... Try one of their new songs like S!ck, Six Feet Deep, or Automatic Sun.
100%, Automatic Sun at Tecate Pal Norte! even though is the studio version over live video I still love it.
@@jc-aguilarthat one is a great experience, yes I agree.
Definitely Automatic Sun at Tecate p'al Norte of those choices.
Thanks for the reaction to TW. It seemed the songs were playing at a higher speed than the original video.
my guy is locked in lol I discovered them on August 1st on tik tok on my feed then in September I saw them live in NYC and regret not going the second day back to back ! The first song I heard of them that got me hooked was Six Feet Deep ! Please listen to that as they have an official music video !
Esta levemente acelerado o video
EVOLVE vma's 2023 was a stunning MTV live performance! It's hard to find their best performance, but surely that one was astonishing! 😘
Love it!... I really like reactors going through the initial responses of watching these awesome ladies as I did some time ago... Some reactors have technical knowledge, other are just classic rock lovers like me.. either way, good stuff!!! Loving joining you on your journey through this epic rabbit hole!!! Let us call it "Alice through the After Dark!!"
They are amazing live. I saw them in the beginning in Cincinnati, then with Band-Maid in Japan, then Riot fest in Chicago! I’ll go anywhere 🤘
Enjoying your reactions...they remind me very much of when I was first blown away by this band back in 2022 at Summerfest in Milwaukee. Been in the rabbit hole ever since. Wonder if you're a YT Premium user? If so, many of us are having problems with playback speed getting stuck at a value other than 1x. Timing your uninterrupted playback against the original, looks like you're at a custom playback speed of 1.05x, which is one of a couple "stuck at" speeds TH-cam Premium users are reporting. I have fixed it a couple times by bumping it up to 1.5x, playing a few seconds, then clicking on Normal again, but it sometimes sneaks back to a custom speed on me anyway. If non-Premium users are having the same problem, I haven't seen anything on the web addressing it yet.
I Love the warning
Are ya having fun yet?? Yeah, us too!
This concert is their 10th Anniversary Concert at the Pepsi Center Mexico City 🇲🇽
When they release the làt song, they will release the total concert, then we do a Live Stream. Right?🤘 ⚠️ ⚡
You Have Been WARNED ⚠️
And remember these are some of their earlier songs, written 7 or 8 years back. Dust to Dust came out of that bass line Ale' wrote at age 11 or 12. They tweak them a bit each tour but still ... composed by teenagers in Mexico?
The albums are awesome. Period.
Their music videos are cute and fun. Martirio is absolutely beautiful art. And Que Mas Queries? Its a brilliant spoof of detective/crime TV, Mexican "Telenovela" soaps, and Charlie's Angels ... written and co-directed by Pau. So much fun.
But the live CDMX (Mexico City) shows are on another level. Maybe another dimension. The engagement, energy, dynamics and sheer athleticism are insane. Playing relentless guitar riffs without looking or brutally assaulting the drum kit while also belting those impossible 4-measure, 4 octave runs, who else can do this for even 3 songs?
Also, I have subscribed hoping you continue doing The Warning reactions.
So awesome seeing you fall in love with The Warning just like the rest of us! Subbed!
!!!GOODISM¡¡¡ The Warning is 100% 🔥 !!!🎵Ole Ole Ole Oleeee Warning Warning🎵¡¡¡. Greetings from Argentina.

Great reaction, but you must hear it again in normal speed 🙏🙏 so you can appreciate more this performance 😉
I thought it sounded odd? I thought it was my phone having issues.

I was rewatching your reactions to The Warning within hours of your first post. 👍 ✌
Man you’re not messing around you’re really diving into this band, I fell in love with them about a year ago and the amazing thing is how young they were when they wrote some of these songs.🤘
The Warning RULES! The Queen telling her story
Great reaction, thanks. These two songs are part of the second album "Queen of the Murder Scene" This album is a masterpiece.
RORH THE👑 QUEENS OF ROCK IS KEEPING US FED 🤘⚡🤘
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ...THE WARNING = HIGHLY ADDICTIVE ! IT'S LIKE WATCHING THREE ANGELIC FIGURES PERFORM .... SO GOOD !!!! BD ... YOU EARNED A NEW SUB BRO !
Great songs, great performance.
This was such an epic performance! I just love the extended outro from Dust to Dust; Dany and Ale look incredible front and center!
And, can you imagine being there, in that crowd??
Just another couple kick ass songs !!
Cheerz !!
Both of these songs are from Queen of the Murder Scene. A Rock Novel Concept album that tells the story of a young woman who becomes obsessed with someone, leading her down a dark path of stalking, kidnapping and murder and her decent into madness as she spits into two or more personalities. Dust to Dust is the prologue, inviting you in to hear that tale of the Crimson Queen, Dull knives which is later on the album shows her trying to stay in control of her mid as her dark side tries to take control. It is a brilliant masterpiece of an album. Each song tells part of the story and every song is incredible. Dany, Pau and Ale wrote and performed this when they were barely in their teens. It is so insightful, dark and rocks really hard. I suggest watching the entire album in order using the Lunario CDMX concert footage.
As a few others have mentioned, both of these songs are from the band's second album, Queen of the Murder Scene (often abbreviated "QotMS"). This is a concept album which tells the story of how unrequited love drives a woman to obsession, murder, madness, and death. The 13 songs (fun fact: Pau does NOT like the number 13) clock in at just under an hour & are divided into a prologue followed by four three-song chapters. I'm not exaggerating - or alone - when I say QotMS stands shoulder to shoulder with the like of "Tommy" and "The Wall".
Dust to Dust is the album's opener. We are invited by the ghost of eponymous Queen to attend her funeral & hear her story.
In Dull Knives, the Queen is losing her battle with the darkness inside herself & is resorting to self-harm in an attempt to control it.
QotMS released in 2018, when DPA were 18, 16, and 13 - so they were at least a year younger when they wrote it.
You need to check your audio/video playback settings. Not only was it sped up somehow, but the dynamics are not the same as the original videos either.
@@ez68eldo yeah I forgot to switch them back after I experimented with a Home Free video. Now I feel like crap.
@@AfterDarkBoysit’s ok, you still loved the songs.

Both songs are from Queen of the murder scene album. When they were 17,15 and 12 amazing
Queens of Rock. DTD has aged well, and both came from their concept album, Queen of the Murder Scene. And this one is a special one, DTD usually ends after Dany's belting but they gave us a little extra and bookended it with DK is a jammer. Awesome reaction, enjoying your new reactions. Keep rockin 🤘🤘
For those with the option to set a custom playback speed, the music will sound closest to correct at .95x and won't affect BD's speech noticeably.
Both of these songs are from their 2018 concept album, Queen of the Murder Scene. I can't wait until you experience that live! If you thin they are impressive now, wait until you hear a masterpiece rock concept album written by teenagers!
Their second TED-x Talk (2017) is quite inspiring. Rock on ...
Okay, diversity.. Time for "REVENANT" and "NARCISISTA" From TEATRO METROPOLITAN CDMX 2022. Pau steps down and sings lead. They have 3 songs in Spanish.. I don't speak Spanish. But, "MARTIRIO" is at the top of my favorites list.. What a Stadium shaking tune..next level powerful.. (🦈🦈🦈🦈's lyrics video) 💥🤯💥🤯💥✌️
Their Concept album "Queen of the Murder Scene" is excellent.
Very i tense, right!, I love the transitions
I think since you’re in Texas you should go to their concert in their hometown of Monterey Mexico in February. Monterey isn’t far from San Antonio.

Is it just me or is the music going faster?
Eu pensei que estava tendo um lag mental
seemed fast to me as well
It’s definitely playing fast. It must have happened during YT compression during upload. If you try to slow it all in settings it slows too much.
