We also learned to love the cows sice we live in Tyrol. We will certainly pay tribute to all the cows we encounter this year. Wat out for the 2018 cow video! 🙂
What a cool, funny video that absolutely made me smile. Cows with bells so high up in the mountains must produce the best milk in the world. Would love to visit that part of the world with my family.
That is my theory too! With those views you can only produce the best milk. Tyrol is a very family friendly region. You must come and visit if you can.
Moo! Moo! Oh I love cows and cow bells, especially happy ones that live in lush green pastures like these ones in Tyrol. These cows look huge and well fed.
Yes, the bells are typical in the Alpine mountain regions as the cows roam free. The decorations are the celebration of the cows coming home from the mountain before the winter. It is called the Almabtrieb and is usually celebrated towards the end of September. This is so cute and fun. Cows are worshipped here in India and the bells in their neck reminded me of the iconic scene from the blockbuster movie f Hollywood 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge'. Cool Video. Austria is really one of my favorites.
I am aware that Cows are worshipped in India. Cows are an important part of Tyrolean, Austrian life. Hopefully one day you will be able to visit Austria!
Aren't they lovely? Nice travel channel that actually brings us a bit of our home country Austria here to Bali! The cows look really healthy. Keep it up 🐂! Doris & Matthias 🕷🐻
I cannot tell you the name of them but in Uganda, the cows have the most enormous horns you have ever seen. I loved the shot @ 56 second with the blue sky behind her :) Stunning landscapes there too!
Awww man now I feel so bad for eating beef and veal. This is interesting. I've never seen anything like this where you can walk amongst the cows!!! cool
You can't walk in the mountains without seeing cows at least once along the way. They are part of the mountain scenery. At least these cows are not slaughtered for their meat if that is any consolation. 🙂
Can't go past the cows wearing cool hats, those guys are pimpin! Our dog was very curious about cows, though as a mini dachshund (teckel) he's pretty confident that he's bigger than a cow!
Oh, awesome! Did you bring it over from SA with you? Ours is named Schnitzel and he comes to most of the World Heritage sites with us, though he only rarely appears in my videos.
We had two at first and then later got a younger one. The two older ones passed away so we only had Lientjies at the time we moved to Austria. We brought her over but she passed away two years ago. We miss them dearly. We plan to move into a home with a smal garden in the next year and will hopefully get another Dackle. It is great that Schnitzel travels with you! I will watch out for him on your videos.
This reminds me more of Switzerland than Austrian with the cows. The cowbell is actually a synonymous sound if you ever go to New Zealand to see the Chiefs and Waikato rugby teams.
This is exactly how I imagine Austria! I can't wait to visit one day. Is this actually a tourist attraction? Do you pay to see the cows or are they out in the open for everyone to see?
There's something about cows that puts a smile on my face. I can see why those cows were your favourite. They're beautiful!
Yes, they are just there. I can't imagine the mountains without them.
We love cows, they are always so cute!!! All of them were nice! Thanks for sharing
We also learned to love the cows sice we live in Tyrol. We will certainly pay tribute to all the cows we encounter this year. Wat out for the 2018 cow video! 🙂
Man, those cows are living in some beautiful areas! Much better views than I get to see everyday!
Those cows are lucky indeed.
This is such a magical area of Austria. The cows are certainly part of the landscape and culture.
I can not imagine the mountains without the cows. 🐄
I see all the cows, but I did not miss to beautiful scenery, lush green fields and the amazing mountains.
Those are lucky cows... 🙂
Definitely!
I love this! They look so happy and friendly. Much happier than those we see here in the U.S. Keep sharing!
I must say the cows in Tyrol are quite happy.

The cows in Tyrol are well looked after in Tyrol! 🙂
Never thought I'd say this but cute cows! Great scenery as well! Would love to visit Austria.
In Tyrol Austria you find cows in beautiful places. So, come and do some cow watching and you will see the beautiful side of Austria!
Austrian cows look very friendly. Love the sound of those cow bells it reminds me of the downhill skiing season.
In general the cows in the Alps are friendly. Have you skied in Austria before?
No, been to Austria many times but not in the winter. Have skied in Switzerland and Italy but never Austria. My (first) sister in law was Austrian.
i love those cow bells! what's with the fancy flower things on their heads?

Those cows are so cute! This whole area looks amazing to visit, looks super green and fresh :)
Tyrol, Austria is super green and fresh in summer!

That's good to know that. Ya, I hope I get to visit it. :)
So cute! I like that lone coco and white one, he needs a friend! :D
Linda liked that one too!
Aren't they lovely? Nice travel channel that actually brings us a bit of our home country Austria here to Bali! The cows look really healthy. Keep it up 🐂! Doris & Matthias 🕷🐻
We love the cows. They are such an integral part of Tyrol. We plan to do a cow video every year of some of the cows we encountered on our hikes. 🙂🐄
The cow at 0:59 is adorable!
All the decorations on them at the end look a little sad though.
I understand what you mean. It is only for a short time then they are free from all the man-made decorations.
I cannot tell you the name of them but in Uganda, the cows have the most enormous horns you have ever seen. I loved the shot @ 56 second with the blue sky behind her :) Stunning landscapes there too!
I've seen the cows in Uganda! You are right they do have enormous horns. 🙂
Seems there was a lot of moo-ing around! Sorry lol! The scenery is stunning there and the weather was on point. Well made
A lot of moo-ing it was.
Awww man now I feel so bad for eating beef and veal. This is interesting. I've never seen anything like this where you can walk amongst the cows!!! cool

We had mini dackel too! I know exactly what you are talking about.
Oh, awesome! Did you bring it over from SA with you? Ours is named Schnitzel and he comes to most of the World Heritage sites with us, though he only rarely appears in my videos.

Aww, sorry to hear that! It's nice having him with us, even though it makes things more difficult a lot of the time!
This reminds me more of Switzerland than Austrian with the cows. The cowbell is actually a synonymous sound if you ever go to New Zealand to see the Chiefs and Waikato rugby teams.
Actually the cows are common in the Alps in general. Actually I think there are more cows in Austria than Switserland.
This is exactly how I imagine Austria! I can't wait to visit one day. Is this actually a tourist attraction? Do you pay to see the cows or are they out in the open for everyone to see?
The cows are roaming free in the mountains of Tyrol. This was just a cow compilation of our hikes during the year.
very bad music
