    Have you tried a rotary tool with a flexible drive & diamond tip cutter to remove the sealant?

      I have a rotary removal tool that works really well. I'm going to look into what you suggest. It certainly is a messy job. Thanks John.

      @@mercedesmaintenance.6339 I have 2 rotary tool kits here. One is a Dremel, and the other is a Duratech. Both are just about as good as each other. The Dremel is the better quality tool, as it is made by Bosch in Germany.
