Incineroar can be fixed and become a high tier through one of two methods: mobility or stronger hits. And if he can get both, or one of them to an extreme, even better.

Overdue Artist 83 i beat my friend’s lvl 14/no spirits and trained with learn on while Timmy played a character far from the amiibo’s character.Not to specifie i only took 2 hours
