Cartoon incorporated is most definitely fake. Max said he had it recommended to him while watching anime on youtube. People have archived gore videos before youtube could take them down yet apparently nobody was able to archive any of these?
I'm glad it's most likely fake but why would mamamax do such a poor job faking it? Did he not show it to anyone else? I'm pretty sure in his video he said the channel just got terminated one day and he didn't get to save anything.

On top of that max claimed it got MILLIONS of views. No way a channel with MULTIPLE videos in the millions would have the ring tier horror shit in it without ONE parent picking up on it. Plenty of parents have picked up on questionable elsagate content that was less obvious, most of the time elsagate kinda goes along unnoticed at first because at first glance it LOOKS innocent, but cartoon incorporated was allegedly from what max has shown us edited like a horror movie (ANOTHER funny thing is cartoon incorporated just so happens to have the same filters/editing style as max does trying to make his videos look creepy lmao) any glace at their children's screen and a parent would pick up on that immediately

Recordings of sounds or films undoubtedly contain communication. As with drawings, photographs and paintings that is debatable, though photographs somehow are usually considered media. Artwork of any kind is intended to communicate something to the observer. So are sculptures media then? Is unrecorded performance art a medium? Are LSSQ's favourites, figurines and plushies media? The latter probably not, but where do you draw the line?

cancelled stuff doesn't count as "lost media" otherwise there'd be tens of thousands of entries on this iceberg. there are probably as many cancelled projects as there are uncancelled ones. lost media is any media that no longer exists or is inaccessible; cancelled content can be argued to never have existed (as a final product) or been accessible by the public

@@kingkaza yes, there is lost content when something is cancelled, but if it was never available to access by the public or put up for sale then it doesn't count as lost media, it's very clear from the definition of the term that it applies to finished and released media only. as i said, if cancelled projects were lost media then *everything* that's ever been cancelled would be on this iceberg

Really cool, and yeah. It’s more than 100% likely that the whole Cartoon Incorporated crap was made just to get Max some clout.
I still remember when the Robot Jones episodes with the Robot Voice were airing and how, in roughly just under 24 hours, they swapped a rerun of the Pilot Episode and a commercial for the series using it with the “Kid Voice”.
It felt like I was living through a Mandela Effect or something because the shift was SO DAMN JARRING and somewhat surreal as a kid. Bear in mind I was about 8-9 when it started airing.
Side Note: in case anyone is curious…the entirety of Sheep in the Big City, the series Mo Collins worked on before Codename: Kids Next Door, is on the Internet Archive IN ITS ENTIRETY! Check it out since it’s incredible and underrated 👍🏽

i wish the incel project had more context in this video because it's actually really sad and interesting. for those who don't know, the term "incel" was originally coined by a bisexual woman in the late 90s, for anyone of any gender or sexuality, who felt lonely and outcast from society for having difficulties forming romantic relationships. iirc, the documentary interviewed members of the early incel community who were not hateful towards women and simply just very lonely. most people speculate that the documentary was cancelled because the term "incel" was so quickly hijacked by misogynistic straight men who called for violence towards women around the time it was being made. wild shit!! wish that transitional period was better documented, it's so fascinating and of course devastating

The SMB c64 port likely exists in some capacity, though probably not finished or just a bootleg. When the NES took off in popularity, c64 ports were SLAPPED together by whoever would do it the cheapest.
My bet is that they actually just played Giana sisters. One of the most common versions of that game on BBS servers in the 80s was a hack that replaced the sprites with Mario characters.
