As per their ingredients it is made from wheat which means it contains gluten ...and it is not proven that gluten containing foods can cause acne..

soap PH is more over alkaline side so it may make skin dry..facewash PH is neutral..and soap or facewash alone cannot cure acne..need creams/ medications
