Good doubt, Face skin is different from body ..skin over face has more oil glands and the secretion of oil glands varies from person to person..mainly after puberty...kids have body washes which can be used even over scalp and face ( top to toe).but as we become adults face needs different wash according to our skin type over face.

clindamycin alone will work only for mild acne and after sometime it may not work..for proper cure of pimples should examine and find the grade and cause of acne..if necessary will give medications

Hi nga am fine. Not to use nga . It may increase irritation. If it is only dryness moisturizer will help. In case if it is any other skin condition , should examine and treat accordingly

there are different types of ichthyosis.. autosomal dominant/ recessive like that.. needs evaluation to say about the prognosis.. one type get resolved when reaching adolescent age.
