Sure nga..do not use steroid lotion or creams always.. alternate between salicylic acid/ Ketaconazole combination in between.. applying steroid only to scalp won't cause side-effects internally..if following proper instructions from Dermatologist can prevent side effects of steroids even on skin nga.sure will upload detailed video soon.

First have to confirm whether it is due to fungus or bacteria nga. If it is due to fungus should use antifungal lotions and also should treat dandruff to get rid of it.. facewash and moisturiser alone can't cure this nga

Chicken and eggs are not scientifically proven to cause acne .there are individual variations..few patients had complained of increased acne after consuming chicken( may be because of the hormones injected to Hen)

If skin is very dry can use any of the moisturiser mentioned for dry skin nga .in case if weather is humid and u don't want very heavy moisturizer for face, u can try any of the creamy moisturizer for oily skin mentioned in this video nga .

You can eat in moderation...diet whatever we follow , we should like ..so that we can follow and maintain it for longer periods . avoiding rice completely is not necessary for acne or PCOS or diabetes ..can reduce the intake and increase the intake of fibre rich foods and vegetables

@@jothikav.6501 There are lot of causes for acne .if underlying cause is not corrected it will recur again and again...and bacteria will develop resistance to clindamycin after sometime..so may not work after sometime..plz consult a dermatologist and get evaluated..

Yes hyaluronic acid acts as humectant..if the atmosphere water is less it will transport water from our skin to atmosphere and can make skin dry..so to prevent that can seal it with another moisturizer..but in summer there won't be such problem.. atmosphere will b humid so it will take water from atmosphere and give it to our skin and hydrate our skin.so as u asked can use acmist in winter and hyalugel in summer according to your convenience..
