I don't know what my current 1RM is because I haven't measured it. But the 1RM I measured a long time ago was 200kg bench press, 235kg squat, 230kg deadlift. but I had a serious injury two years ago that ruptured my Achilles tendon, so I can't lift that weight now.
What are your strength levels? Bench press, squat and deadlift?
