I do the same thing, always buy older flagships. Just got one of these in excellent condition for 190,Im using it now but it's hard to keep using when I have the S24 plus in my drawer, good phone tho

I've Been using the S21+ Snapdragon chip with the 25W fast charger for the past 4 months. Life has been very pleasant. Great display, Good performance so far, Awesome camera, battery life has been very good for it's Age too, last me the whole day and if I do need to charge, it does a fast charge too. Idk how the Exynos version is doing now but if you are interested in the S21+, Per my experience, I'd totally recommend it. If you want a bigger screen with bigger battery and a QHD display, go for the S21 ultra.

What should i do ?? 3 month warranty also included

@cherlotegurrel6291 Si, cuando Samsung hace pública una nueva actualización casi siempre es en Corea y en Europa primero, luego si no hay reportes de problemas con la nueva actualización (casi siempre toma menos de una semana) la actualización es mundial. Ahora depende de la compañía telefónica que te da servicio revisar que sea compatible y luego se le dará a sus clientes. Tarda como dos semanas. Eso es las actualizaciones que dan una vez al año, ejemplo: Android 13,14,etc. Las actualizaciones mensuales usualmente tardan como una semana. Espero esta información le ayude a entender un poco. Yo vivo en Chicago.
It might be your carrier, the carriers unless it's unlocked are what decides the updates sometimes the unlocked version takes longer but I have an unlocked 21 plus and mine is on 14, my 20 plus is on 13 but, that one is done getting updates for android, only security now.
My only complaint performance wise is getting in my car and connecting Android Auto. The entire phone will like freeze up for like what feels like several seconds. It's just enough to piss me off lol. The newer phones might do the same thing though so idk. Battery isn't as good as I'd like it to be but if I'm conservative with it I can easily get a full day. Cameras aren't amazing either in my experience but it's probably just user error as they are almost always blurry or out of focus compared to my girlfriends iPhone 12 Pro Max. I still think it's a solid budget used phone if you can find one in good condition for $200-$300ish. I actually don't think there's a better phone atm at that price point.
