So what is the surface dimensions and how much styroplast did you use, and how much did it cost?

If you are looking for the strongest coating for EPS foam, this is it. The weenie is a good 10 feet long. It has about 10 gallons of Styroplast at $85 per gallon. It's made to be towed on the streets and freeways to events, so it has to be bulletproof. Once it came off the trailer at 35mph and it did damage it, but just slightly. Check out the video at the end of their product page to see how incredibly tough Styroplast is, they show a guy trying to destroy it withe a forklift: hotwirefoamfactory.com/024_Styro_Plast.html

We have a thorough answer on our website: hotwirefoamfactory.com/024_Styro_Plast.html#faq
If you are in a humid place, use a dehumidifier or at least an air conditioner and try to bring the humidity down below 50%. Too much dry heat will also reduce the working time. Apply it at temperatures below 70F. Make sure you are mixing exact proportions. This will extend the drying time. Too much catalyst and it will set up too fast, not enough catalyst and it will stay tacky forever.

Your product might be great, but your video making skills are not. I watched the whole thing and I have no idea how rigid the end result was.
