Yea man same to me! It gives me so much nostalgia. TeamNicholas nostalgia is when you get your memories back when you played it as a kid and it gives you goosebumps.
Storyline wise yeah it was better that T2 and was jin's introduction into the series and i believe that it was also was Bryan Fury's(my favorite character )debut into the game i still think Tekken 4 outshine T3's Storyline and Graphic wise but what made T4 so Epic was the return of Kazuya's character and his revenge against Heihachi was cool as hell

Tekken Tag 2 has been my favourite so far People are so caught up in nostalgia that they can't see that the newer games are far more superior for every reason under the moon. Also you can recognise a games faults with constructive criticism, there's not need to be an asshole about it, each game in the series it's great in it's own way. I've grown up on this game and it was the only video game I played practical from the ages of 6-10 As you watch the series grow and see what it's become and how much better and more smooth it's gotten I don't know how people still favour Tekken 3, sure it's good for it's time and it's aged well but the controls are, like every ps1 game, clunky, so seriously give the newer games a chance.
A lot of people disliked Tekken 4 but for me I didn't. My favroite Tekken is probably 2, yes even more then 3 and Tag 1 but what I liked about 4 was how many things they changed. So many people complained about it not being like previous Tekkens but that's why I respect Harada for making Tekken 4 different. Tekken 1-Tag 1 were great but they were pretty much just updates while Tekken 4 was vastly different with position change grabs, side walking, the movement and of course the graphics were highly increased along with adding new characters into the game. Not saying Tekken 4 was my favorite but it gets a bad wrap for the wrong reasons much like Tekken 6 got just because Harada added bounds to combos, with that becomes a bandwagon of hate. That's also why I like Harada though, he takes chances and doesn't like his game becoming stale.
Alejandro Romo No. Tekken 3 is terrible compared to tag 2. Tag 2 best fighting game ever. Everything you want in a fighting game. Tekken 3 is just boring and overatted compared to tag 2.
I still believe Tekken 3 was a breakthrough in this genre. Graphics, combo/moves and characters upgrade with the cheer amount of details NAMCO has focused on back then including storyline and soundtracks provided an immersive experience. I only hope that Tekken 7 would follow on the same path and wow us as much as Tekken 3 did back in the day.
Jared Rhodes Jin was kinda Corny in T4 compared to T3 in T4 they made him a lone character and to me his Brutal fighting style that was in T3 was gone ,in T5 when he became the Devil Jin his Character and his brutal fighting moves from three came back and he was a great player to use

And one more thing Eddy's moves is easy and it is so easy & understandable for me. I knew his most of the moves and combos :)

So far, the game mechanisms look similar to Tekken Revolution which is worrying.

Tekken 3 was my first and still my fave ever since I was little. I used to play with Nina or Jin 24/7. And the sound track is amazing. I only starting playing Tekken 2 when my Tekken 3 CD broke. Tekken Tag Tournament is my second fave, love the idea behind it, the graphics, plus it's got more on offer like bowling which I actually made use of and enjoyed, and I loved that all my favourite original characters were still there but also fell in love with new characters like Unknown. But still, Tekken 3 enit. I know what I'm gonna be doing this summer.

Great fighting system, great soundtrack, Arcade mode/Ghost battles were introduced to keep you busy after story mode. Devil whithin Mini game. Character customization and...DAT ACRADE HISTORY!!! Plus Hwoarang beat Jin. (Hwoarang beating Jin doesn't affect my score) Score: 9.5 Tekken 5 Dark Ressurection: Tekken 5 on the PSP: Score: 9.1 Tekken 6: Solid game. Sceranio Campaign was irrelevant. But new moves for every character so you had to change up your strategy. Really deep fighting system. But it was just solid to me. Score: 8.0 Tekken Tag 2: Just Tekken 6 with teams. That's it really. My favorite Tekkens: Tekken 2: Was the first Playstation game i ever played, i feel in love instantly. The characters , the music, the gameplay was just great. Tekken 5: I felt this was the last good Tekken. It reintroduced a lot of old fighters, no annoying rage system. Tekken: Sure it doesn't hold up as well, but for all it's flaws, there's something about that old primitive start. Tekken 3: A very good game no doubt, however, i always liked 2 better. I didn't fancy most of the new characters, and i missed characters like Lee, Kazuya and Jun. Also found it to be imbalanced, but might just have been me back then. Tekken Tag 1: I didn't have this game as a kid. My friend did, i always wanted to play it. It feels a lot like 3 with a clunky tag system Tekken 4: Felt like a lot of stuff was missing. Probably the best executed story mode of the series, but otherwise not that great. Tekken 6: Bullshit campaign mode, Didn't like the new characters, didn't like the cheap weapon attacks. Azazel was the worst boss ever. Nancy was a pointless bonus stage. Didn't need to unlock characters, so all you really needed to do was the lame ass campaign mode. Also introduced an annoying rage mechanic. Tekken tag 2: The only thing i can say about this game is that i haven't even bothered to unlock all endings, and Tekken is one of my favorite series. Feels like Tekken 6 + clunky tag system i never got into. haven't played revolution. I'm hoping 7 will be better than 6, but it probably won't

Tekken Tag Turnament 2: Really good game, with almost all characters. I really love that Ancient Ogre - True Ogre combos.
Tekken 3 is overall the best out of all of em. Tekken 2, 4, 5, they were dope, but Tekken 3 imo had the best mechanics. And definitely the best music. Probably one of the best OSTs of any game period. Few ppl say Tekken 2. I highly disagree. No Tekken game had music that was full of energy like Tekken 3 did. U can go to the gym and bump that soundtrack. The music went hard af. Tekken 2 was light.

i found a easter egg for tekken 3 when i was like 11. i dont think anyone knows about it either. if you put your tekken 3 disc in a cd player, then it will play some drum n' bass music, and some type of japanese music

My favorite Tekkens:
Tekken 2: Was the first Playstation game i ever played, i feel in love instantly. The characters , the music, the gameplay was just great.
Tekken 5: I felt this was the last good Tekken. It reintroduced a lot of old fighters, no annoying rage system.
Tekken: Sure it doesn't hold up as well, but for all it's flaws, there's something about that old primitive start.
Tekken 3: A very good game no doubt, however, i always liked 2 better. I didn't fancy most of the new characters, and i missed characters like Lee, Kazuya and Jun. Also found it to be imbalanced, but might just have been me back then.
Tekken Tag 1: I didn't have this game as a kid. My friend did, i always wanted to play it. It feels a lot like 3 with a clunky tag system
Tekken 4: Felt like a lot of stuff was missing. Probably the best executed story mode of the series, but otherwise not that great.
Tekken 6: Bullshit campaign mode, Didn't like the new characters, didn't like the cheap weapon attacks. Azazel was the worst boss ever. Nancy was a pointless bonus stage. Didn't need to unlock characters, so all you really needed to do was the lame ass campaign mode. Also introduced an annoying rage mechanic.
Tekken tag 2: The only thing i can say about this game is that i haven't even bothered to unlock all endings, and Tekken is one of my favorite series. Feels like Tekken 6 + clunky tag system i never got into.
haven't played revolution. I'm hoping 7 will be better than 6, but it probably won't

Characters are the same but with a different color and has a cheesy story and there's only been 2 good games from that franchise being MK2 and MK9 the rest of them suck.

Either way, what makes you think i'd want to play Street Fighter? Mortal Kombat is going to be the next big step for fighters this year whilst Tekken is going to be stuck in this idiotic loop where only the slightest differences will be made. Just like it has been.

That movie was not good it was a low funded movie that didn't make it to theaters and went straight to DVD and you know a movie is horrible when that happens I didn't even finish it
