Your video is awesome! You can add up to 10 drops of essential oil to help with the smell, and it soaks in with the dye and sticks a few days! Rosemary and peppermint stimulate growth! Lemon juice also makes your hair very dry during henna treatments. Your hair looks super nice!

@@xIsaacCantu this is a really old comment but maybe I can still help. I am a natural red head but as I've gotten.older, the red has faded some. I use henna to get it back to what it was. Henna is super effective and makes my hair so healthy and soft. One thing that people don't do is let the henna develop. When mixing the henna with lemon/water.. it's best to let the henna sit, wrapped with cling wrap, overnight. If you don't want to wait, you can heat on the stove but that also does kill some of the henna effects. Then it is super important to allow it to sit on the hair. Since my hair is already red.. I only leave it on for 1-2 hours for the desired effect but many people should let it sit on the hair overnight. Wrapping the hair in cling wrap.while the henna is on is great as it reacts to the heads natural body heat. Henna also develops for many days after use. What you see after applying is not going to be the complete shade. The darker you natural hair is, the less it will actually be a dye on your hair. With darker hair, it will just.leave your hair dark with more auburns tones through out.
