For me it’s been an, oh well kind of thing. What happens will happen. The only thing I can do is to try to improve my own personal well being so chances of these things happening to me is lessened. I had a partial glossectomy due to cancer from HIV on the side of my tongue. Was a small tumor and caught it early. Go to an ENT for a biopsy, not an oral surgeon. They talk about HIV transmission from oral sex, drinking and smoking, they NEVER suggest you might have gotten HIV due to unsanitized instruments or vacuum devices at your dentist.

I went to the doctor and they gave me this nose spray, he said if that didn’t work then we’d schedule an MRI. It seems to have helped but it’s still a problem just not as bad. Do you really think it’s cancerous? This all started from when I used to vape in college. I haven’t hit a vape in over 6 months now because I noticed when I do it gets worse…

My gums are swelling and are growing a sort of mass but its not painful or anything, and i went to the dentist and he said it was gingivitis..im still scared though because its not healing but growing more..

Go to an ENT. Dentists generally skip the neck exam and they won’t biopsy your throat.
Skip oral surgeons, they'll waste precious time screwing around with your teeth.
