Looking at the wiki in its current state with all the “nemesis” talk, the Ursula sock puppets, the weird fetish comments, and all of the absurd polls. It makes me glad I never commented or interacted with anyone on this wiki.
i’m a moderator on *the hollow* wiki page (yes i know nobody has ever heard of it, it’s a cool netflix show) and the people on that forum are actually quite fun. asking and discussing questions about the show and all that. i didn’t believe this video thinking “wdym, most fandom wiki pages with forums ive seen are pretty chill! i’ll check this out rq for myself.” long story short, i regret it.

Regarding the wiki I do think it's DEFINITELY had it's downs with some very weird polls and some awful accounts invading the wiki for some reason. However, besides that it's mainly just users talking about mii's, cool ideas they have for the wiki, or even their own aspirations in both mii or non mii related things.
I don't think it's a toxic or creepy place at all and like you said it's a good place to talk about mii's with people but I think some people do need to tone down a little (Sorry Jackson)

You barely scratched the surface in this form. It gets weird the further you go down and some of the users (especially Jackson) seemed unhinged on CPU Miis. Also never really expected to see my post 2:43

I don't think the crushes are that weird or strange because it's definitely a lot better than so many other people's crushes online or at least to a degree of how much they have a crush on a character. This was a great vid tho

here i am about to risk my well-being and time for putting out everything that's on my mind about this community.
i have literally heard about how abysmal this community continues to be. i'm not targeting all of them because i've seen some sanity in some users. just some. but i'm mainly criticizing some users this video has been covering. and also some actions.
(before i start, i do agree with you, James, on most parts of the video, if not almost the entire video, but in my honest opinion i don't agree with some of them, just saying this.)
btw i WILL ramble on about this but in separate comments because i don't think it will properly post these as one comment, so forgive me for this.
idk how to start this but i'm gonna go first with the whole torturing polls. literally so much of these "would you rather" polls go from a wholesome option to literally reenacting a live leak video. like idc if you hate miis but don't fucking go full psychopath mode and want to literally behead and murder them. they're literally npcs. they're computers. literally just human-like computers coded to do shit in sports. this is near Nicky's level of unhinged, especially since he says same shit about Sophia, a child (idc if he thinks she is actually adult or whatever, that's still a child in the canon), and also the fact that he also talked about his favorite miis farting on his least favorite miis. like wtf. and speaking of farting, let's go back to the polls! like what the actual FUCK is with people and wanting to fart on miis or put feces in their lunch box or pee on their corpses or something. i can't properly say this anymore because of how disgusting. and the fact that others joined in as well which makes this worse tbh. i feel the same way as the people who were truthfully disgusted by this.
more on polls, why are people putting (seriously…) or (i swear…) on their titles? like it makes you look so desperate on which option you want people to pick, not the other. either way they're just polls. people pick what they wanna pick. there's nothing to be serious with what people pick. and to end on a non-serious question, and i don't mean to rain on these guys parades (but it honestly feels needed), but why are these people choosing "all" in most of these would you rathers? like i thought the purpose was "one or the other" as the title of "would you rather" says. literally this *or* that. im sorry if i sounded like killjoy there but i'm just confused by that.
next, something not to serious but i needed to point out cus of how stupid it was too. the fact that Ursula is hated because of some stupid fuck roleplaying as her and annoying everyone. like srsly it's not the miis fault. the mii had nothing to do with this, the user did. and what's worse is that user keeps fucking coming back like I think they're just some obvious troll or something because of how much they ignore people. or they're underaged, like probably mentally. i don't think that users blocked yet (by the time i am typing this comment) and people are still telling this mf to fuck off but he won't listen. the mods literally gave up and i think i understand why. this community has become so fucked up that not even the mods want to deal with them, they would rather spend their time on something actually useful. at this point i don't even think ignoring them would work (if only it was that easy nowadays) this shit literally calls for a full IP ban. also not to mention they mock autistic people because of their "hc for Ursula" (they hc Ursula to be autistic yet they make her act like… jfc i can't even, please someone save me from the inside), they made some homophobic comment and made racist remarks, especially on Sandra. anyways back to Ursula in a sec. like again it's not the mii's fault. just because they put some fuckin' Ursula mask on doesn't mean it's her doing for this. it's not the miis intent to annoy you, like physically, not just inside the game. and something similar I wanna mention is Cory. most people know about some similar incident *3 years ago* where someone pretended to roleplay as Cory and annoyed everyone and sent sus pics. people ended up hating the Cory mii because of that, and ig they stopped now because they realized how stupid it was back then to hate a mii because of a user. well. some at least. because for some reason people still hate Cory today because of that reason… even though it happened 3 years ago and it's not even on-going anymore. ig it was justified back then because the way of thinking was different, though there were some people back then who thought it was stupid, understandably, but it being justified to hate Cory today because of that? come on. it's in the past, it's over. and again it's not Cory's fault. you blame the person, not the mii, in these cases at least. and some else that i wanna mention that i honestly really stupid as well. Matsui. apparently everyone hates him because of his looks. that's it. like wtf? going back to polls, i've seen people want to torture this guy, spank him, have miis fart on his face, arrest him, and do all kinds of horrible shit with him. but is it justified? uhhh no. literally all this guy did was have a face design that people did not like. he literally appears at the end-credits, he does nothing with the user, he doesn't say rude shit to the user. that's it. Matsui is not a fucking threat but people are acting like he is because of his looks. what's makes this worse is that Matsui is a real person. i guess people failed to realize that because they're too focused on people's looks. idk they might as well harass people in real-life who look ugly. now thinking about it, i think people are just trying to find an excuse to hate miis. like again, idc if you hate some miis or not, but you don't have to hate them. it's not a requirement to hate miis for any reason. it's cool if you like/respect all of them but again, come on, if you think it's not a valid excuse to hate a mii then don't hate them, simple.
speaking of miis, i've literally seen some guy have a huge vendetta with Ai. and… oh boy. it's so fucked up and immature. there's this guy (you probably know from the vid) who basically just spends his whole days ranting on Ai and making polls on her. this guy might as well be the next Nicky as his personality just seems to be nothing but shitting on Ai. this guy rants EVERYTIME someone votes for Ai in her favor, or when it's a choice no one likes, they put "neither" and puts some stupid cursed mii pic like it's gonna effect those people and force them to choosing what the guy wants. everytime this guy sees someone liking Ai, he goes on a full-on 10 page rant about how she is "an overrated karen". like, this guy also created a poll between their child with Araceli against Ai, and most people chose Ai over his child and of course made a post ranting about it. and OF COURSE it was one of those "IM SERIOUS!!!!" posts. like it's not that deep. idc if it's your cute little fan child so adorable but people literally have a choice cus either they love Ai or have no clue what the child is. and apparently this guy makes a lot of polls on Eva tortuing Ai, or just hanging out with Eva. sorry to sound like an asshole but i don't think their favorite mii is Saburo, i don't think their girlfriend is Araceli. i think both should be Eva instead since you talk about her wanting to torture Ai every second (OF COURSE AS I WAS WRITING THIS OUT THE GUY MADE MORE POLLS BUT ALL OPTIONS ARE "Play basketball with Eva"). i think this guy does the same rant with Naomi and Yoshi too. they seem to complain a lot about how they're overrated. like come on, no one wants to hear this shit. we get it, you hate them, stop.
and lets move on to how others treat others. let's start with Nicky because idk who else to start with. now this guy doesn't lash out at much people, though only at the Ursula guy and the Felicia girl (someone who apparently simps for Guillermo, probably another troll because she won't fuck off either after multiple bans) and this guy is literally BRUTAL with these trolls, like he threatens to beat them up and break their devices, and even calls them names. he even ONCE said to one of the Felicia counts that he would want himself and Sho farting on her and Guillermo's faces (it was a reply to a poll that also had the GOD forbid fart option). like this guys comments on people went so far that he literally got globally blocked. like goddamn. and let's move on to more shit without putting names. apparently two people targeted someone for not choosing options in a poll and not explaining why? apparently they believe this person just has a different opinion as everyone else and that apparently means she's disrespecting opinions. pretty sure she is not? if she doesn't wanna choose in a poll then she doesn't. also, people don't need to explain their reasonings for why they choose an option in a poll, like i've seen people ask others these questions like cops. well some of her reasonings is that some of these polls aren't canon (she's talking about the "are these miis related?" polls btw). like i mean it is not canon but it's just based on how you think they are related or not. if it's your headcanon, they're not asking if it's canon or non, but i'm assuming she doesn't really have headcanon for miis. she says that opinion does not equal facts, and apparently one of the guys targeting her for this says the opposite. does opinion = facts? no. opinion is to express a feeling or perspective on something while fact is a statement on "yes" or "no". two different things. and one more thing on this. apparently someone have been targeting another person over a Roblox account. like their Roblox account has been locked or if they forgot their account and this guy asks them why but they won't respond, and kept asking them questions on it (which i may admit, would be kinda annoying, especially since if you're curious). but i guess this guy decided it was a good idea to annoy them and bother them by pinging them like 100 times for a simple answer and made a literal post on them ranting about how the guy has been ignoring them and is acting normal about it and friended a lot of girls, and of course because of this, the person ranting on their assumes if they're desperate for a girlfriend. ah yes, befriending women means you're desperate for a girlfriend. of course this person annoying this other guy even thinks right on how stupid these guys act but he himself doesn't act mature either. he even commented on a bunch of april fools posts saying they're unoriginal and how his april fools post is better. like i get it some of them were unoriginal but you're just being narcissistic. and they honestly sound killjoy sometimes, like saying mii crushes are stupid and it makes people desperate for a significant other. which i do say i don't feel completely bothered by (the fiction crush stuff), like i get it may feel others uncomfortable and it's ok to joke about but i think it's just dumb, and not to mention rude, to complain about others having fictional crushes and it ruins their fun too. but back to the vendetta crap. it appears this guy still has vendetta towards the person who probably lost their Roblox acc for not simply answering their question, and ranked them neutral on their "user list" (which is just personal and weird??? maybe don't do that with real people) and even said that he was more annoying than the Ursula accounts (i think that's just going over the top). thank god i wasn't the only person who thought this guy should suck it up, because they were literally whining over nothing. anyways i can't think of anymore for how people treat each other. kinda sums up how shitty most of the community is.
there's more i would like to talk about but couldn't find anymore categories that i needed to talk about so here's some other stuff i found concerning/stupid. calling miis very questionable things. i'm talking about Hee-joon and Marius, because people call them awful shit like wtf. i can't go much detail into this but like you can hate a mii but calling them disgusting stuff like a p*do or a problematic dictator? bruh thats just saying your awful taste and i've had friends show discomfort towards this. these aren't the only miis who get this treatment, again i'm not going into further detail into this. next, i saw a post saying what girls would look good in a bikini and i saw some comments saying that "only girls 15 and up look good in a bikini" or something along those lines. WTF is wrong with you? i can't remember the post or comment but that shit i remember. next, we have some guy who complained about shit and falsely reported shit. like my god they really SCREAMED at the fact that page were protected, tried yelling at people for shit, and also bashed on people for having mii crushes, like again, just ignore these people for having mii crushes and doing nothing else. they're just having fun. also not to mention, this guy says that people can't simp for miis and have them as their crush, yet they simp for Naomi and literally said that she's hot and that they have a crush on her? bro wtf that's literally a new level of fucking irony. if you think it's gross that people are simping on miis, then why the fuck do you simp for Naomi? and speaking of simping for miis, someone simps for Pavel. like that's fucked up, especially since he's a child. you know what's worse? the person simping for him is roleplaying as Ray, who definitely seems like an adult. simping for characters is ok, but i literally draw a line when it comes to simping on children. that shit just seems wrong in any kind of context. what's worse? he said that Pavel reminded him of his nephew. BRO THAT SOUNDS FUCKING WORSE TO THINK ABOUT MAN, LIKE IDK WHAT YOU'RE IMPLYING BUT WHY ARE YOU SAYING THIS SHIT, DO YOU KNOW HE'S A CHILD??? sorry for loosing my cool, but that shit made me so uncomfy. and i'm sure there's much worse crap in the community that i can't think of, and of course it could be one of the things i first saw in this video. sexy sadie. the mii is based off their pet dog named sadie, but why the fuck do you call them sexy. apparently it's a beatles reference but ooc that would catch ppl of guard.
